And when you attempt to request help at one of the price check machines, no one ever comes. I've waiting 15-20min without seeing someone, and just gave up. Better Targets around the area to go to instead.

Other than that, this location is great. On the corner of Wheatfield & Oliver Street, thank God you can go out with the light if needed to. Tends to be a busy area during the day, not so much traffic at night. Heavy police enforcement, there's always one or two in the parking lot every time I've gone in the early morning hours. I definitely recommend to get the 7-Eleven rewards card, so many hidden rewards and free items you can get throughout the store. Staff are extra friendly.

Coming from…read moreWalgreens, at one point I was used to being treated like a huge inconvenience, going without prescriptions for a week, or just being told to "call every day" to see if something is ready (no one picks up there). I switched to cvs and everything had been so wonderful. My prescriptions are always ready in time, if there is a delay they let you know, and they will call you back within the hour if you send them a message. Everything here has been so great that the one time I had a minor issue I pulled a Karen, left a one star review,, and called corporate. It was because of a mistake that literally wasn't anyone's fault and I realized fairly quickly that this was a monthly thing for me before. I hung up before I got through to corporate and deleted what I had written. What I'm saying is- CVS Pharmacy treats you so well that you start to expect more than humanly possible. Now that I'm not being a monstrous person who expects the world to revolve around them I'm very appreciative of this place. If your prescription isn't ready yet, you will wait ten minutes maximum. I highly suggest downloading the app though because they will always inform you when things will be ready and it will always be accurate. The staff is kind, eager to help, and knowledge. They also have some of the awesome pharmacy staff from Rite Aid which made me so happy. CVS is farther away than Walgreens but I *happily* go there instead because that small inconvenience saves me from a million large inconveniences. I honestly forgot that I literally dreaded going to pick up my meds each month because of how poorly Walgreens treated customers. Expanding my radius and going to CVS is one of the best decisions I have made as far as customer service/ retail experiences go.

Its spacious, the aisles were stocked, im unsure why but it had a very large open space towards the back with two tables lined with cases of beer and hard seltzers. It was my first time here so maybe their remodeling? The only turn off was the employee shit talking another employee to what seemed was a frequent customer and they both seemed to be overly talking about the dislikes of her. Kind of awkward, and as I was walking out the employee asked the guy behind me had he met said employee he trash talked about to the guy in front of me.. then proceeded to bash on her again. So odd scenario to have to hear twice in a matter of three minutes.

Dr. Asifur Rahman was incredible. He helped me after my US vet sent the prescriptions to my home state pharmacy, patiently worked with my vet over the phone, and got my six-month order filled immediately despite juggling other customers. Trinh, the tech, was also great--she shared a story about her dog's illness, and we bonded over that.

Unfortunately, when I arrived to pick up my printed items over 30 minutes following my estimated…read morepick up time, I was told that "the system was just receiving the orders now." I explained that on my phone, it states they are printing. This employee informed me that they had been busy with customers and would get to my items "whenever they had time to step away and do so." But, from a customer's perspective, managing to step away and tend to my order was the employee's job to do between the time that I placed my order and my estimated time of pick up. I found this response to reflect poor time management skills and an issue of understaffing. Conversely, another employee with dark hair asked me if there was anything he could do to help me, actually tending to my order despite the busy state of the store. Frustrating customer service experience.
