They lie and say the prescriptions were filled but restocked because they weren't picked up within 12 days- which is a blatant falsehood. They claim they'll put your card on file for easy refills, and then tell you they don't do that. They make you wait an unconscionable amount of time in the drive through. They tell you that medications sent over by your doctor don't exist, and no one has ever heard of them. They are just terrible. I just can't warn people enough: DO NOT USE THIS AS YOUR PHARMACY. The following week 2 days before I was to inject my shot I visited the store to see if it was there and was told they had no idea of what I was talking about. I asked if any of their nearby stores might have it and then after a pause asked the tech if she could call the other stores for me. I was told the store down the street had it but was holding on to it for another patient, no other information, maybe a few days they could pick it up, can Rite Aid reorder for the other patient, etc.. I left the store, went home and called Corporate, after explaining what happened and would like to speak to the District manager. Was informed that it would be 7 - 9 days before one could get back to me, this was over a month ago and still no one has gotten back to me. I changed Pharmacy to Walgreens down the street and had my Ozempic the next day. I will never go back to rite aid and to think I used to manage one of their stores!

I hate having to go to the pharmacy because I hate being sick…read more I had surgery a while back and Walgreens would not accept my insurance and this was next place I thought of since it is so close to home. The service here is outstanding. I was not able to walk very well and Chris actually came outside and sat in the car with me to go over my meds. This was the first time I went there so that really made me feel welcome. I have had to come back a few times since then and the whole staff is friendly and welcoming and will chit chat if you strike up a conversation. I now stop in here just to get stuff like cough drops or aspirin since the prices are decent on OTC side are good as well. If you live in the area I would highly advise switching over to this pharmacy.
