I called today to ask them to change my address for my W2s and what I got was a very rude answer from sandy asking who it was then saying "okay bye" then hanging up on me. She has made so many good employees quit after treating them like crap everyday and even making them have panic attacks and just leaving the store. It's absolutely absurd. Utterly terrible customer service for the manager…read more The original employee tried very hard to figure out how to return the items since the items were not showing up on the barcode even though I had proof of purchase and shipping via email from Belk. I appreciated her effort. The manager informed me that it was purchased out of the 90 day policy or that I did not purchase it from Belk. I kept telling her that I had received the items last week and had proof that I had via an email delivery date. When she stated it was not from Belk, I scrolled up on the email showing her "Belk" header. She informed me because it's not from Belk because it is not in the Belk system on their computer. She said that I cannot return the items here. I had drive 3 hours (round trip) to return these items, and she did not give me further guidance as to what to do apart from saying that I cannot return the items despite having the original shipping box, the receipts, and the confirmation email of delivery. What blasphemy is this! At least provide further directions as to what the next step should be.
