The drive up experience has always been fantastic. They were efficient and friendly and I never waited more than like five minutes, even in the craziest of holiday times. The biggest issue is that it seems impossible to find employees, and when you do, they either seem to not want to help or don't know the answer. Check out lines are often long as a result. And when you have a question, it can take forever to get an answer or get a problem resolved. They were also weird about the fitting rooms. I get that they likely need to monitor closely, but it basically seemed accusatory when I asked if I could go in to try something on. Overall, though, the store is generally well kept and not dirty.

I bought some cat food for an OK price. The checkout process went smoothly.

I also felt surprised that the store kept hygiene/beauty products locked up in a special section with an employee monitoring. The prices for most merchandise were about as low as you can find anywhere. I bought about 10 items, including a rug, cat treats, and hygiene products. The cashier accurately rang up my purchase.

I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service and the company policy that apparently allows a customer to go without a working stove for so long. Seniors are on a fixed income and I do not have disposable income to waste money on a non working stove. I also do not have the money to go out and buy another new stove after just six months. The anchor stores are JCPenney, Macy's, and Dick's Sporting Goods. The many other stores in the mall offer a decent variety of clothing, shoes, accessories, home decor, cosmetics, electronics, toys, and more. Restaurants include a mixture of local and national: Applebee's, Charley's Philly Steaks, Chick-fil-A, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Chuck E. Cheese's, Edo Hibachi Steakhouse, HoneyBaked Ham, Longhorn Steakhouse, Mangia, Panda 8, Panera Bread, Pita Paul's Gyros, Sbarro, Stir Fry 88, etc. The mall also contains Live! Casino and an AMC movie theater. For years, I have shopped occasionally at this mall. The building is maintained, clean, and safe, and it has plenty of parking spaces outside. Not all of my favorite stores are here, but I always find at least some nice things to buy. My favorite stores here include Aerie, American Eagle Outfitters, Hallmark, LOFT, and The Sweet Bone Bakery.

The most unique feature is that there is a casino and events space that is a part of the mall. So there really is a little bit of everything. The mall has a small(ish) food court, but it is nice that there are those options. They seem to be doing a great job with maintenance as the escalators and elevators always seem to be in working order and the space is always bright and clean. They also don't seem to have the loitering problem other malls seem to have. There is plenty of parking all around the space and the parking lot is well maintained. If you want a mall experience that doesn't feel dead and dreadful, this is a great one to visit!
