The shelves and racks looked fully stocked and organized. I felt surprised to see some name brands such as Reebok. I also felt surprised that the store kept hygiene/beauty products locked up in a special section with an employee monitoring. The prices for most merchandise were about as low as you can find anywhere. I bought about 10 items, including a rug, cat treats, and hygiene products. The cashier accurately rang up my purchase.

Not only was the clerk sloppy in bagging items, she ripped each bag to the point that saying mangled isn't even close. I had no handles on any bags. What was a little uneasy is that a week later I check my bank statement and see that I was charged twice for my single purchase. Before I could call to correct it, they seem to have corrected it on their own. However, if I wouldn't have checked there is no knowing that this would have been resolved. I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service and the company policy that apparently allows a customer to go without a working stove for so long. Seniors are on a fixed income and I do not have disposable income to waste money on a non working stove. I also do not have the money to go out and buy another new stove after just six months. For example, I saw a pack of several pairs of Calvin Klein underwear for $22, a Henckels ceramic pan for about $25, a 6-pack of Skechers socks for several dollars, a nice sundress for $18, and a Michael Kors purse for $63. Those bargains were tough to pass up (I am still thinking about them!), but I did buy a cellphone cord and a dog toy. The cashier rang up my purchase properly.
