When I shopped in this store, I liked the selection of merchandise, and I thought that the prices were low, such as $13 for a tank top, to moderate, such as $30 for a tank top and $42 for a sundress. I picked out a pair of Calvin Klein underwear that were on clearance and two dog toys that were on sale. I used the self-checkout. With tax and after redeeming $10 of Kohl's Cash, I paid only $23 for the entire purchase. These three items were a very high quality, and I feel happy that I got a very good deal on them.

Now, every time I go I feel like I'm in a seconds store that is just a chaotic, disorganized mess. They typically only have one set of registers open, so there are often lines. Signage in the store is often incorrect (sale prices listed for items that aren't on sale, items in the wrong place etc). There are price checkers throughout the store but those often aren't working either. Clothes seem to be haphazardly thrown together on racks. I want to be able to quickly find something in my size, not feel like I'm on a poorly mapped out treasure hunt. Prices seemed to have increased dramatically with a lower selection and lackluster service. They do occasionally have some good sales, but you really have to be diligent to see if what you think is on sale actually is on sale. It isn't the worst place to shop, but I wish they'd fix some of these issues and be more like it was before.

This store also has a pharmacy, vision center, auto-care center, and wireless store. During my visit, I shopped in most of the store's departments. The shelves and racks were well stocked and organized, and the prices were fairly low. I found most but not all of my favorite products. I ended up purchasing only a bottle of shampoo, which had a good quality and an OK price. I used the self-checkout. Two machines were out of service for some reason. My husband tried to use his credit card by tapping his phone near the machine, but he had to instead insert the credit card.

Let me do my shopping. It's extremely frustrating trying to navigate through the aisles when the employees doing the curbside pickup are blocking everywhere. No exaggeration, I counted SEVEN of them in the produce section today. Do you have any idea how difficult it is to not only try and get around them with their GIANT carts as well as the regular shoppers? One literally parked their cart blocking my way out of the orange aisle. This hassle continued throughout the entire store. I'm not sure what can be done but it is disheartening to the people who are doing their own shopping. Not only have the curbside parking spots outnumber the handicap by an astonishingly high number but now they're getting run of the store. Oh and by the way, don't bother asking the shoppers wearing Walmart vests if they know where you can find something. They will politely tell you to find an actual employee to help. I felt as if I was in some sort of dystopian nightmare of a store. I was so very happy to get to my car. Checkout lady was very polite as were the greeters at the door. Bathroom in the back was very clean.
