Well, there are tags, but the part where the price is is ripped off. So you have to depend on signage and for a lot of stuff, there just isn't signage. And they don't have a way to check the price (except to go to a register or ask an associate and you will have a hard time finding someone). I came into the store with an online return. It should have been simple since I had the packing slip with all of the information on it. The girl at the register said they don't do online returns. I know they do so I asked if there was someone else who could help me. She called someone else over and they said the same thing. I came back a few days later and they were able to easily make the return, so it shows that they need to better train their staff. Overall, the store does look nice and well maintained. They just make it difficult to actually shop there.

That is another reason I shop online. Also when I got home. I checked my receipt from my return and realized I only got credit for one of my items after all of that. I contacted customer service and they quickly resolve my problem.

Everything is reasonably priced for a thrift store. I didn't spend more than $6 on a single item. The location is very convenient as well. Right on Potomac ave in Dormont and there is meter parking right out front of the store. The ladies that work there are very nice as well. They told us how they are volunteers and have been working there for years. This is a non-profit store and everything they don't sell within 60 days goes to homeless shelters and a lot of their profits go towards helping the animal shelters as well. The store has been around for 50+ years, which is amazing. The ladies said it originally started out as a trade store for items people didn't want anymore, hence the name. Very cool history and a great place to find a good deal! Will be back!
