Five stars for their drive up service, more like 3.5 for in store. I have shopped this Target both in person and drive up and my experiences have been mixed. The drive up experience has always been fantastic. They were efficient and friendly and I never waited more than like five minutes, even in the craziest of holiday times. The biggest issue is that it seems impossible to find employees, and when you do, they either seem to not want to help or don't know the answer. Check out lines are often long as a result. And when you have a question, it can take forever to get an answer or get a problem resolved. They were also weird about the fitting rooms. I get that they likely need to monitor closely, but it basically seemed accusatory when I asked if I could go in to try something on. Overall, though, the store is generally well kept and not dirty. read more

This Target department store is located in the Hempfield Square shopping center. It contains merchandise that is typically found in other Target stores: clothing, shoes, accessories, furniture, bedding, kitchenware, electronics, pet supplies, health products, hygiene products, cosmetics, home decor, children's toys, holiday decorations, groceries, etcetera. Furthermore, this store contains a Starbucks Cafe. I shopped here recently. I thought that the shelves and racks were fully stocked and organized and that the store overall was clean. Brands included name-brands (e.g., Champion, Bombas, Purina, and Revlon) and the Target brand. Prices ranged from low to moderate (e.g., $55 for a pair of Levi's jeans shorts). I bought some cat food for an OK price. The checkout process went smoothly. read more

I came here with my siblings and we were VERY displeased with the service and attitude from the workers. For started my autistic sister was having a little episode in the store and me and my sister were trying to calm her down when a worker came over and yelled at us saying we were being disrespectful and loud. We tried explaining to the worker what was happening and she wouldn't let us get a word in. Then she told us that if we couldn't get our sister to be quiet we would be ask to leave the store. She then followed us into multiple isles to keep harassing us and wouldn't leave us alone. read more

I shop at Target frequently and I have to say that this store has gone way downhill. You can go through the checkout line without a cashier even acknowledging you or thanking you for your business. I have only had one cashier over the last month thank me for shopping there. I believe her name was Lucy. It seems management may not care if their customers are top priority. read more

I found the coloring books I was looking for. I found the Crayola crayons I was looking for. I found the colored pencils I was looking for.

My family and I were enjoying our time in target until it came time to check out we had a lady cashier that took approx 20 minutes to check out one customer. She had conversations from doing nails to how she likes the outfits. All the waiting negativity effected our experience. read more

This store needs some tender loving care. It is dated and in need of either a tear down or update. I doubt that will ever happen especially since there is another one less than ten miles up the road. Even though it is in need of this update, it still is an appropriate place to pick up some essentials. Not much else to say about this place. read more

I stopped in for some Halloween candy and birthday gifts. There was only one cashier and she had three people in her line. Meanwhile, a Target team member was directing 5-6 of us to the self checkouts. Just OPEN another register!!! It should be enough that if someone spends $80, they shouldn't have to wait in another line to check themselves out! I wish I would have spoken up. It wasn't any quicker because the register didn't recognize one of the price tags and a team member had to come and clear my purchase. Really? Hire some people and let them work. Target, your customers deserve better read more

I was at this store at 12/16/23. my experience was going well until I met with the employee supervising the self checkout. me and my two friends had an issue with their self check out. The employee was tall with gray hair, I did not catch her name. She was extremely rude. First, because we had two people using the same checkout, she had a very rude tone asking us if we were finally finished. My other friend had an issue with the card reader and she was upset about us taking too long when there was one other person in line. I had went to check out lastly and she again was angry about how long it took us, mind you it took each of us less than five minute. she marched over hands on her hips and sighed. "what's the problem?" her tone was extremely rude and not understanding. I explained I had an issue with the system as it was asking for me to scan a gift card. She ripped a gift card and scanned it quickly and I asked if i wanted it, I apologized for taking so long in her eyes and she rolled her eyes held up the gift card and asked if any of the other customers wants it. I told her to give me my gift card. She treated all the other customers kindly but not me and my friends because we are only teenagers. I don't normally write reviews about places but this was completely unacceptable and should not be tolerated. read more

Target of Greensburg has just undergone a renovation. While the store looks very nice, I find it difficult to find things and I don't really like the new layout. That being said, it's still one of my favorite places to shop. They've added on to the grocery section, which is really nice when I need to pick up a few things and don't feel like heading to the grocery store. I also like that they now have a Starbucks within the store. It's nice to get a coffee and sip it while perusing the store. read more

This place has room to improve. Everytime I go there, there's only two registers out of 12 that are open. Meanwhile, other staff members are directing customers to self checkouts. I don't like self checkouts because they take jobs. I am old fashioned and I wish that more people would work the registers. read more

I'm all for a remodel to share things up. So that part is okay. What I hate hate hate are the lights! Can't read any labels, can't find things on the shelves because the lighting is poor. Very poor. The makeup section is even poor. It used to be great. Now you can't see the colors properly. I now unfortunately need to go back to the store across the highway, but at least I can see in it. read more

Today I visited the Target in Greensburg to find a summer dress. As I was attempting to pull into a parking space, a young employee tasked with retrieving carts was going out to take them from the cart returns. He clearly saw me coming, as evidenced by the nasty glance he threw at me over his shoulder, but decided to ignore my car and the cars of several other people also trying to get into a space. Instead of moving his carts over so that we could all pull in, he left them right in the middle of the parking lot! He must have thought it was funny, too, because he was quite plainly laughing as he did so. After he finally got out of the way, which, might I add, took a good five minutes, I was able to park and begin my shopping experience. I was HOPING to find a decently priced dress for outings during the summer, but noticed that all the clothing sections were incredibly bare and lacking in both style and substance. However, I decided to give the store a chance. After all, it IS a big store. I was SHOCKED that there were almost NO dresses to speak of! The ones that WERE there were thin and flimsy, and you couldn't possibly wear them anywhere without being deemed inappropriate. I must have spent at most ten minutes there, because that was about all the time you needed to glance over a few overpriced showy dresses. All in all, I was very disappointed in the (small) selection of "clothing", not that there was even enough material on the garments for them to constitute as pieces of clothing to begin with. read more

This store is always very clean and I usually pass a store employee who stops to ask if they can help my find anything. I wish I lived closer to this store - or wish they would open a new store closer to me so I could shop at Target more often. read more
