Disclaimer, I think I came on a bad day. I came here for the first time on Saturday. I just…read morerecently found out about this place and wanted to check it out. I can't compare this one to the Hurst location as I've been to neither. This is a bin, liquidation store that carries merchandise from Target, Amazon, and possibly Nordstrom/Nordstrom Rack on some occasions. Not gonna lie, I came for the Nordstrom stuff and there was none to be found when I went. There was a lot of stuff from Target though. A lot! They had shoes for $5, lightbulbs that normally cost $10-$15 for $5, and framed artwork for $10 or 3 for $25. Great deals! They also have a decent selection of furniture, outdoor home items, lamps, and vacuums. If I was moving into a new home, I would definitely come here to see if there are any good deals on accent furniture before going to big name furniture stores. The prices of the furniture reminded me of those I've found on Overstock and Bed Bath and Beyond's website. A downside to shopping here is that different things are damaged. Not everything, but enough to where you'll get used to seeing broken things on the shelves. Would I return? I would, but now that I know what to expect, I'll plan my trips there a bit better, especially to get the Nordstrom stuff!

This takes the cake of all the failed purchases I have made at this store. The box appears to be new. Taped closure like when you were to buy it new. Then I open it and this air mattress is foul with blood spatter all over it. Absolutely FOUL to sell merchandise with blood on it. I don't care if it was in a 14 bin, selling items like this is beyond disgusting. Be warned, just bc the box appears to be new, 100 percent does not mean you won't open it and find a crime scene on on it. Spend the money and buy from a reputable store who WOULD never put product on the floor regardless of the fact it's a liquidation center like this.

All Saints Shirt (retail $78) 4. Nordstrom brand black top (retail $89) I bought 7 pieces of clothes today for a total of $78 which made the 35 minute drive from Plano well worth it. If you go this store expecting to find something specific, like the products that are advertised in the TikTok or Instagram videos, you're going to be super disappointed. However, if you come with time on your hands and are able to sort through the disorganization, I think you'll walk away pretty happy. The store seems to be a liquidation outlet for Nordstrom, Target, and IKEA. Lots of designer brand clothes but many of them do have slight imperfections and flaws. Not all of them though. None of the items I bought had anything wrong with them but I also spent 2 hours in the store scouring through everything. They have a ton of Target furniture but nothing that stood out to me as worth getting. Also, lots of official Apple accessories like laptop and phone chargers, covers, keychains, etc. Come dressed in comfortable clothes, leave the kids at home, and make sure to come on a weekday.

They have no integrity. We went in there to buy a chest of drawers and nightstand for my son. Aside from sitting on the floor for however long, it had a sharp barb inside the handle. We were told "no problem" and were offered the nightstand in the box. I kindly said I would get them at the same time. Return a couple days later to pick up and the chest isn't there and the manager, Stacey, went to the floor to, presumably, get the floor model. Before I could state we were expecting new, he informs me it has a hole in it and the salesman forgot to order the new one. I reiterated that was fine, because I wanted a new one. Get a call the following week that it was in, so I went by to pick them up on a Friday evening, where they have the nightstand in the box and a shrink wrapped chest behind it. They loaded them up, and off I went. Carry it upstairs and find it's missing a foot pad which made it wobbly, then opened the drawer to find a REPAIR TICKET to repair a hole...... I immediately called and got someone in shipping that said it would be taken care of and replaced with new. Following Monday, spoke with Stacey and wanted the new one I requested or I'll return it. He stated he would check on a new one, then the next day said they wouldn't have any for months. Well, I stated I wanted to return it, or if they wanted to offer a discount, I would consider it. Next call, "the owner won't discount". At this point, I stated fine, then I want to return it and I need them to come pick it up. No word, so I call back and was told they were refusing my return........... I dropped them off immediately and contacted my bank to dispute all the charges. In conclusion, they will try and scam you, but do such a terrible job at it they get caught, then still try and make you keep the item.

We bought a bedroom suite from them, and they delivered it on time, and the guys who delivered it were really professional. The vanity chest came with a mirror which was damaged, so I sent it back...then the problems started. We wanted the mirror replaced ASAP, but they made it clear that they didn't know when they could deliver it, so my husband scheduled to pick it up. I was supposed to pick it up on a Wednesday, but I had a dental emergency and ended up at the dentist instead. I called them to set a new date and by chance got the owners son on the phone. He told me he didn't know anything about it, and that he would call me back later. I told him I wasn't going to wait around for a call (because they don't call back when they say they will), and he started yelling at me. Before the owners son hung up on me, he promised to call me back the next day, and of course he didn't. The next day I showed up at the store and asked for the mirror, which they had on hand, but they had wrapped it up in so much shrink and bubble wrap I could not inspect its condition. They basically told me that they had inspected it for me prior to wrapping it, and I should accept it. I asked them to unwrap it so I could look at it, and they did. It was in good condition, so I asked them to rewrap it and put it in the car, and they said they had no additional wrap. Then the store manager told me I would have to return tomorrow to pick it up. I told him that it was impossible because I have to work. He then said I should just pick it up next week. Needless to say I was unhappy with the notion of picking it up in a week (we're about 3 weeks in now), and asked to speak with someone higher, I was told that if I had already spoken to the owners son, there was no way the owner would care to speak to me. I then told them to bring me the mirror tomorrow, or I would pursue the matter in court, which I feel is a bit much, but where do you go next when you are told that the owner does not care? That pretty much leaves you in small claims court... Anyway, they are supposed to bring the mirror over tomorrow before 11. We will see if they actually do.

I go in from time to time to see if they have any household items and have gotten some great deals. Last time I got giant bottles of TUMS (don't expire and unopened) for $1 each! You never know what you may find there and if you go with no expectations you'll probably walk out with something. Pro tip: Be sure to use their app to scan for prices because nothing is in the right place or marked. You'll go crazy if you don't.

The store was a fun sort of chaotic with not a lot of rhyme and reason but lots of fun to dig through. The prices were not great on most things though. They did have Levis for 15 dollars in limited sizes which was great but their Christmas items were about the same as you would spend on the same thing at Walmart or Dollar General or probably more as those items would be 50-75 percent off by mid-January. Snack and food items were also pretty high for the sort of store. Good prices on some good brands of shoes too, but sizes and selection were pretty limited. This is a store for people that love thrift stores and bargain hunting but not good for everyday purchases.
