Well I finally decided to bite the bullet and spend the money. The piece was manufactured by Furniture of America. I called a few local furniture stores with the part # and requested a quote from each one. "There's no place like home" furniture store quoted me $778. Maya's furniture quoted me $600 with same day delivery. Galleria Furniture quoted me $599 for the bed itself or $700 flat with 2 two twin mattresses. I decided to go with the $700 deal because they were so polite and attentive to my wants and willing to negotiate with me and help me fit my price point. Compared to the other stores who one answered sounding like I woke her up and the other not understanding me. Although I ended up picking up the furniture myself and not using their delivery service, they loaded the truck and tied it down for us. They were all so nice and helpful and attentive, I will definitely be back when I purchase a new couch set and new dressers for my kids. I will also recommend them to my family and frwinds in the future!

I called the manufacturer and found out that there were three stores that bought the remaining items, one of them being the Hamilton General Store . I called over and had the best experience with one of the staff members. She was so nice she even sent over pictures to make sure that they were in fact the items that I needed. After placing to order they sent out my items immediately and even followed up to make sure that it was delivered okay. The customer service is top notch and I wish that we had this store in New York!
