They kind of just taint the whole shopping experience. There were two employees organizing and setting up a clearence display when one lady dropped an item. The contents went everywhere and as I walked past, the other employee said "Just put it back up there". When I was in line (which was very long, but moving fast) there was one woman on a headset walkie talkie that was suffering from delusions of grandeur. I don't know if she was a supervisor or a manager or what, but even so, there's no reason a manager should talk to her employees the way she was talking to them on her walkie talkie. There is one full rack of special occasion dresses all for wonderful prices. As previously mentioned, the store is smaller than your typical store which also meant that there were less cash registers than I'm accustomed to seeing as well. Overall, a good experience and I hope there are more Ross Stores to come in the area!

I stood in line for 20 minutes or longer. Arianna looked Hispanic and was waiting on another Hispanic customer ahead of me which took forever. While Arianna was at the cash register, there were 3 other employees, 2 other Hispanic women and a black man around the cash register doing nothing. They were neither courteous and displayed no customer service skills. No one said, someone will be with you in a moment. They look at me and continued talking with each other. There was 1 other customer in line. When I was called to Arianna's register, there was no apology for the wait. I addressed the issue of the 3' standing around 4 vacant registers doing nothing. The excuse was that one of the cashier was off the clock. The supervisor didn't ask her to wait on me but as I addressed the issue, the cashier who was allegedly off work, was asked to go to Register 2 and wait on other Hispanic customers. I told them that they were racist. The other cashier called another customer to her register and look at Arianna with a smirk on her face to say how you do like that. I wanted to put a couple of items in layaway. Arianna said that they stopped taking layaways but the layaway signs were still posted on the racks. I asked if I could put my coat on hold, Arianna said no. To add insult to injury, upon my departure, Arianna left the device on my coat that set off the store alarm. Kaitlyn another employee had to check my bag and take it back to Arianna to be removed. In addition, Arianna put my large coat into a smal thel bag. Kaitlyn was trying to force the coat in the bag and realized the bag was too small. I asked her to get a larger bag. Kaitlyn was very kind and very professional. I have never had a problem with the value of any products. I almost left everything at the store with the poor service but I really wanted the items. Because of Kaitlyn's kindness made a difference. I did call the corporate office to tell them about my horrible experience. The representative was very nice and took down my complaint and said she would pass on the information. She apologized to me.

I have not been inside this store in a while because it's just awful, including most of the…read moreemployees. But this has to do with the delivery from the store. I don't buy my food from Walmart but I do order other household items. The last two times that I have ordered my large packs of Bounty paper towels they were not delivered but marked as delivered. The picture the driver took of my porch both times clearly showing the paper towels were not included in the delivery. I did get a refund for the paper towels, thankfully. Another time that a driver brought my order but did not leave the large pack of Bounty paper towels. The picture again showing the paper towels not on my porch with the rest of the items. I called and reported it. A short time later it was delivered to my porch with a note attached saying "Sorry. I was wrong." Today my order was delivered without the large pack of Cottenelle toilet paper. I had it refunded through the app. Of course, each time I have to wait up to a week before I get the credit - while the driver has my items. I do not believe anymore that this is an accident. Not after this many times. I can only assume it is theft. And it's a huge inconvenience. Because now I will not ever use Walmart delivery again. Unfortunately - when you shop and mark items for shipping it will many, many times then send it delivery from store instead. Because of that I can no longer shop from Walmart.
