The manager on duty Lizzie was very combative with me. After the clerk accepted the return, she had him voided it just because the return priced was more than the purchased price of the product. That's should not matter because one is given a store merchandise card which can only be used at Target. She has me to give him a second time and made him try to adjust the item to $4.32, another employee had to tell her it canned be done. I told her that she just water my time and because she is a supervisor that does not mean she knows everything. I told her look you do not even know the computer system. It's been over a year and I have not received my refund of $10.81. I called Ross customer service, but they were very unpleasant and unhelpful. The agent on the phone was very belligerent. She hanged up the phone. I need them to issue my refund this is stealing.
