I'm giving them no stars. I worked here for a couple of months and hated it, they used me for other people and when I first came I didn't even get proper training, they don't train at all I had to figure everything out along with my other coworkers. They pay low but expect you to do the most for them when they ask. They gave me only 4 hours out of the week n I'd get 40 dollars for each paycheck. I'm glad I got out of kohls bc all my family members that worked at kohls quit bc of how corrupted the workplace is. So if you are considering working here please don't, find a job that will honor ur worth and not run to over you. They also made us ask customers to sign up for a kohls card , DONT DO IT!!!! It's.a credit card and they want your money n they want you in dept. smh this company is silly n sloppy. read more

Great watch associates, very knowledgeable. Store is packed with stuff, they are ready for the holidays. JLO's sheets that I really want to snuggle with are still $70 for pillow cases (blows my mind) at those prices. Ooooh JLO why do you do this to me! Bathrooms were clean, staff was helpful, great deals on a lot of things. As usual KOHLs little price machine deals, marketing geniuses, it's like your getting a deal on stuff, but really your not lol. Several items had the price listed on top and it was a different item on the bottom, happened several times which lead me to my 3 stars. Worse kohl's I have ever shopped at. My experience with Kohl's customer service was so horrid I closed my account. I would never spend money in a place that is so dishonest. I tried to have an order placed and shipped twice today 08/08/2020. Both times the orders where cancelled so I called to find out why. Some outsourced answering service I'm sure. The man I spoke with said I tired to use my billing address for the billing and then a different address for the shipping that is why it was cancelled both times. I then called Baytown kohl's and the customer service lady wasn't any help. She gave me the wrong phone number to call can close my account. I finally was able to reach some customer service rep who closed my account. #neverbuyhere read more

I love the $10 gift cards that are mailed on a regular basis! I primarily use mine for kitchen needs & tools. However, this location is a bit cluttered & lacking in customer service. The checkout process is also confusing & inconsistent. read more

I do not shop at Kohl's. I happened to be passing this one and get a last minute gift. I do not know the check out procedures. There was no one in a line so I walked up to the closest register just like in WalMart to check out and set my stuff down as the lady was almost done. Instead of politely letting me know the procedure, while the manager was training an associate, she rudely belittled me in front of another customer and the employee she was training. Not an I'm sorry maam the line is over there we will be right with you. The check out is confusing and there is not wait here sign or 1 customer at a time. I have worked in retail and was shocked at her rude behavior, especially when I noticed she was training an employee. Do not speak to customers in a rude manner. read more

Horrible customer service. Ordered online and scheduled for in store pick up. They cancelled my order without telling me and then when I got to the store (40 minutes from my house) to pick up my purchase they told me there was nothing they could do for me. Even spoke to the manager, who told me that all I could do was call kohls customer service to resolve the issue. NEVER shop here. They are HORRIBLE. read more
