Debbie was at the register when I checked out. I apologized to her actually because when I walked in she oh so cheerfully, with a huge smile on her face, greeted me into Kohl's. I was so focused on trying to find Customer Service that while I said hi back, I didn't really engage with her. When I went to check out my items to purchase I apologized if I came off rude. She was so gracious and stated she knew I was focused and nothing to apologize about. I pointed out how friendly she is and impressed I was with her efficiency with getting people checked out and on their way while also being engaging with the customers- a true art form! This Kohl's is definitely top notch and would visit here again! Oh- and it was very well-organized, neat, and aesthetically pleasing!

They had only four put out and a very nice salesman chatted it up with me. So as I proceeded to checkout the clerk started bagging the fragile glasses with no protection. I asked politely "can you wrap them?" She proceeded to but she would intentionally hit the glasses on the counter as if trying to break them. After that I went to customer service and told them what happened. We checked for any cracks and luckily they were fine. One word of advisors the disgruntled clerk. If you don't like your job there are plenty of others.

The only downside is the security feels very heavy-handed -- security at the entrance, fitting room clothing checks, locked restrooms, and carts that lock if you try to leave with them. Definitely gives the impression theft is a major problem, but still a fun place to shop for bargain brand finds.

He tried on some coats by the racks and then pants and shirts in the fitting room. Again well kept up which is impressive. They didn't have the style he was looking for so we didn't have any luck. The popular products are almost always out of stock, leaving only the crap no one wants. It's basically like shopping at a large Aldis. Not quite ready for the pumpkin spice everything so I moved on. There were quite a few baking pans, hostess gifts and charcuterie boards that caught my eye. Also they have a wide selection of food and snacks.I did noticed that the shelves were filled. Usually like to buy fur baby a snack too but ended up with something target instead. The major score was the soft football blanket I can't wait to snuggle up in. The line was quick and the cashier was friendly; which I tend to take notice. For that I give an extra star! Although this store is out of my way it's worth the drive.

The staff are friendly and helpful and just......nice. The store is well lit but I never go into peruse, only when I need something specific which seems to be wrapping paper, snacks or a book. The first two have comparable prices to Dollar Tree and is an all adult more pleasant of an experience. I'd rather spend a little extra and then be able to hop in here when running my other areas at the shopping center.
