Look no further for sleep help. If you are wondering "is it worth it?", "do we really need to talk with someone about this?", "can they really offer more than what Google is telling me?", I'm here to tell you JUST DO IT. We recently hit a rough patch with our nearly 2.5yr old facing a big sleep regression and bedtime tantrums. I decide to reach out to her and schedule a phone call with Heidi to see if she could help us navigate this obstacle. Scheduling was super easy through her website and we were able to chat ASAP (which is critical when you are facing a sleep crisis). After weeks of feeling defeated, I left our call with a clear game plan and a renewed feeling of confidence. She walked me through a gentle approach to helping get my daughter back on track, which was her really listening to my parenting style. We immediately put the tactics into play. We've finally started to see our daughter return to napping, and feel so much more confident with our bedtime routine. She helped save our sanity! Heidi also followed up with us to check-in and sent us a written down overview of what we chatted about. It's never worth it to struggle alone, reach out to the expert :). Thanks, Heidi! read more

We are so grateful to Heidi's expertise and support! We were very doubtful that our first born 4 year old wouldn't adjust to sleeping in his own bed. We worked with Heidi 1:1 for 5 nights and it has now almost been a month and we are in such a great place sleep wise. My son started sleeping with my hubby and I when his brother was born 2 years ago, and it just became our thing. We are now expecting another little one and needed him to be able to sleep in his own bed. He has always needed contact to sleep and even before we used to have to stay portion of the night in his bed. Heidi made a personalized plan, modified accordingly to our son's response, but always keeping true to her beliefs and trust in the method chosen. Heidi was extremely supportive and really understood our son's temperament and needs. Her constant support, encouragement and respectful reminders to trust the method got us through a rough start and we finished the 5 night coaching successfully. Our son now falls asleep in his bed on his own, stays in his bed unless he needs the restroom and we are all getting better restful sleep! We 1000% recommend Heidi! We wish we had done this sooner! Her services are worth every penny! read more

Heidi was a godsend to our family. We weren't sure how we were ever going to get our 1.5 year old to sleep in her own crib after cosleeping, especially given her fiesty and determined personality. We had a million questions and Heidi effortlessly guided us through them all. When the first 2 days of working together posed some challenges, Heidi's calm presence was what got us through them. With support and consistency, our daughter is reliably sleeping thorough the night now, giving us so much time and freedom back. She's happy, healthy, and confidently sleeping through the night. Most importantly, we developed so much confidence as parents in knowing how to support our child's sleep needs. Heidi was always responsive, professional, and empathetic to the needs of our family. We feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to work with her and would hire her again in a heartbeat. read more

My husband and I discovered BigLittleSleeperCo. online after desperately searching for help. Our son was not sleeping through the night and as parents we felt helpless. We scheduled a phone consultation to learn more about BigLittleSleeper Co. and immediately felt confident about working with Heidi. From the beginning, she was kind, personable, and made us feel comfortable. She really took the time to get to know our family to ensure she met our needs to support our son's sleep. She also made sure she knew what our goals were and that she met us where we were. The entire process, Heidi was extremely attentive and It was as if she was with us in-person, which was AMAZING! She checked in regularly and made me feel supported as a mom. She educated us daily and helped us have a better understanding of toddler sleep altogether. Our 20 month year-old son went from waking up every couple hours and drinking milk throughout the night to sleeping through the night, being able to self-sooth back to sleep, and he now is off the bottle altogether! I tell everyone that Heidi is an Angel because she is! Thank you for bringing sleep to our family! read more

We worked 1 on 1 with Heidi and it truly changed our lives! Our 5 month old really struggled with nighttime sleep. We came to Heidi exhausted, drained, and discouraged. She quickly provided us guidance, encouragement, and endless support to get our baby napping on a schedule and shared tools to support our baby sleeping through the night. Our journey with sleep training was a little "slower" than I anticipated but Heidi constantly provided positivity, flexibility, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we achieved our sleep goals. We couldn't be more grateful and our baby is SO much happier from it! Heidi & the program adjusted to our family/sleep goals, provided flexibility for our lifestyle, and the endless support for an exhausted and anxious new mom was priceless. I never thought my bedtime anxiety would go away and I can't believe it has! We can't thank Heidi and Big Little Sleeper Co enough! read more

Heidi is truly phenomenal at what she does. She is attentive, supportive, and the sweetest human ever. She is extremely knowledgeable about baby sleep and the science behind it. From our first interaction with Heidi she gave us realistic hope that our daughter could sleep through the night. We felt comfortable right away with her approach and knew she was the right fit for our family. The first night of sleep training she walked us through each wake up with a plan that was also flexible to meet our emotional needs. After one night of sleep training, our 9 month cosleeping baby slept through the night in her crib. She now continues to independently sleep through the night and has progressed so much. With her sleep she started to roll over, sit, and crawl all within a month. Heidi has truly changed our lives and we can't recommend her enough. read more

A Note to Heidi after a few weeks after one of our consultations for my almost 4 year old daughter's sleep issues: "Hi Heidi, I just wanted to let you know how sincerely appreciative I am for all of your help the other night! I know you talked to me way more than that call was supposed to be. All of your tips and words truly helped. You are so supportive, caring and kind! We are going to bed earlier now and the night wakes are becoming less and less frequent. I have been able to figure out, with your help how to approach the terrors or tantrums and quickly put them out without the drama. It has truly helped. Paisley is going to sleep in her own bed without a fight and quickly falls back to sleep when I take her back to her room if she wakes up. I feel more human again, yay!" Heidi is such a caring, kind, intentional, supportive personal and I felt like she truly cared about wanting to help me, support me and be there for me through a tough time I was having with my daughters sleep issues. I would recommend her to anyone. So our whole family is so thankful for her! We didn't think we would be getting the results we got with our strong willed daughter. read more

Heidi Lovens is my baby guru! I honestly don't know how I would have survived infancy without her! Between all of her years of experience taking care of small babies and children as well as being a happiest baby on the block educator/sleep trainer, she has been instrumental in helping me get through the many hurdles of babyhood. I highly recommend her as she has a plethora of knowledge about raising babies and children. Thank you Heidi Fast forward a year and I still call Heidi for issues with my toddlers sleep. He still sleeps like a dream at night thanks to Heidi! However all kids go through random sleep regressions due to developmental changes etc and sometimes timing of naps and bedtime need to be tweaked. She saved us once again and her advice has always worked for us. I am so grateful to have someone I can call for advice for our ever changing son. Thank you Heidi! read more

We consulted with Heidi for sleep training advice for our toddler, and she was very thorough, thoughtful, and quick to respond to our follow-ups. She also saved us potentially endless nights of sleep deprivation after what ended up being a temporary sleep regression, which would have probably gone on much longer had we not gotten Heidi's help. Further we prefer "gentler" sleep training, and she was happy to accommodate and still able to provide helpful guidance. Heidi is a great partner for you and your child in developing sound sleep habits--highly recommend! read more

I heard about Heidi's sleep training services from a local mommy group that I am in. Initially, I was very hesitant to pay for sleep training services because I was nervous about how much success we would have from it. Sleep training with Heidi has been a great experience! I am so glad to have met her! My husband and I are amazed at her expertise and all the support she has provided to our family with her gentle sleep training methods and thorough sleep plans. She really knows her stuff! Heidi is very well organized, very supportive, positive and sincere. She welcomes all questions and concerns and genuinely takes time to check in and understand the needs of both children being sleep trained and the parents who are doing the training! With Heidi's sleep training guidance we were able to train our 9 month old to put herself to sleep, nap well and sleep through the night!! I easily became confident in implementing the sleep training methods and after sleep training our daughter, we decided to invest in Heidi's sleep training for our 2.5 year old toddler whom we had not successfully sleep trained on our own. We are 3 nights in with teaching him to put himself to sleep in his own bed and to sleep through the night and we already see the light at the end of the tunnel! I feel that we are already close to having our son sleep through the night in his own bed and to no longer be dependent on co-sleeping with us. I would highly recommend Everyday Lovens to any parent interested in sleep training their little ones with a gentle approach. You will not be disappointed with Heidi's knowledge and services! She goes above and beyond to take care of her clients and she is great at explaining the reasonings behind her sleep plans and constructing plans that work with individual family needs! read more

Heidi's knowledge and expertise is simply invaluable! After the birth of my first daughter I experienced some postpartum depression. I decided that placenta encapsulation was a must with my second child after hearing so many positive stories from friends. Heidi explain to me all the wonderful benefits of having your placenta encapsulated including helping with postpartum. Heidi picked up my placenta within 24 hours of birth in Walnut Creek and I had my pills within a couple days. After taking placenta pills for almost a month now, I definitely see the benefits! I usually take one a day in the morning to start my day off right. If I'm feeling a little sluggish from a rough night with the baby, I'll take two in the morning. My energy level and hormone balance seems to be more on point after taking my placenta pills. Anybody who's considering having their placenta encapsulated, I would highly recommend Heidi's services. read more

Heidi is absolutely fantastic. There is no other way to say it. We had a really hard time with our daughter due to reflux, a tongue tie and severe sleep issues. For the first 5 months of life she only slept on me or in a carrier also on me. My daughter woke up constantly at night and it was so difficult. Heidi helped us find an approach that was right for us. I could never do cry it out which is why I avoided sleep training for so long. Then Heidi told me that I didn't have to! I could still breast feed snuggle and still develop healthy independent sleep habits. She helped us every step of the way and beyond. Nurturing supportive and exactly the person you want helping you through arguably one of the most difficult transitions in your babies life. Flash forward- my daughter is now 16 months. Every night I do our routine- bath books bottle songs snuggles and crib. I can walk out immediately afterwards and she puts herself to sleep in under 5 minutes. She wakes up at a reasonable 6:15-6:30 everyday and has a 2-2.5 hour nap like clockwork. Puts herself to sleep no tears and no issues. It's so amazing to be in this place of sleep. My husband and I get time together every night and I even workout during naps now because I'm so rested. We even took a vacation recently to see my parents and she's so used to her routine we recreated it and she adjusted beautifully. Not without small bumps but clearly a child who feels safe and secure in her sleep routine. Knows we will be there if she needs it but we will gently help her find her way back to her own rhythm too. Heidi has been so incredibly helpful and I feel so blessed to have found her! The specific individualized approach is so different from the other sleep programs out there. Highly recommend her! read more

After six weeks of getting no more than 2-hour stretches of sleep, I couldn't continue the path we were on. My son was 15 months old and not even CLOSE to sleeping through the night. When my pediatrician recommended a sleep specialist, I felt embarrassed- like I had done something wrong and only a professional could help is. I found Heidi through a recommendation on NextDoor. I expected to be told I had messed up and that it was going to be extremely difficult to undo all my son's bad sleep habits. My initial chat with Heidi was the most supportive and compassionate conversation I had ever had since becoming a mom. She told me everything was fixable, she asked thoughtful questions, and she made me feel like I was equipped and capable to implement her sleep plan and get us back on track. Literally each night we saw improvement. He was waking less. He was falling asleep faster. Heidi would text me right after he woke up each morning checking on our progress, and offered me encouragement each night before bed time. He began sleeping through the night within three weeks. When people ask what they need when they have a baby on the way, pacifiers and diapers come to mind. But if you want to support a new family in the long run, invest in a sleep plan with Heidi. She is a master at her craft, the most empathetic and gentle soul, and you'll gain a friend while gaining your life back (and some much needed rest). xoxo read more

I am so glad that we found Heidi and made the decision to work with her as our sleep coach/consultant for our 2nd daughter when she seemingly "overnight" became a really poor sleeper around 5-6 months old. Heidi's positive attitude was essential for us and for my emotional state when I was feeling really down and frustrated before we started working together. I loved that she really got to know me and my husband and our baby - our preferences, habits, temperaments, goals, and needs. Her sleep coaching recommendations and schedules and tactics all felt really doable and most importantly THEY WORKED! Our daughter is sleeping SO much better at night and during nap times and I feel like I got my emotional and mental health renewed. I was skeptical of some of the "cookie cutter" sleep plans I had seen from some of the well-known sleep consultants on social media and am so much happier that I decided to work with Heidi because of the personal approach she took to really get to know me and help us really learn about infant/baby sleep and continuously tweak a plan to help us get it right while ensuring we felt comfortable with the gentle approach every step of the way. I highly recommend working with Heidi if you feel like sleep is something that is frustrating you! read more

What do we love about Heidi's sleep training approach? EVERYTHING! After having my second baby, I thought, I don't need help sleep training again, we've done this before (Heidi helped us sleep train baby #1 3 years ago). Boy, I was wrong! Lily (baby #2) is SO MUCH DIFFERENT than her big sister and we were struggling with sleep. After talking with Heidi, she worked up a plan for us and was there every step of the way coaching and encouraging us to get to our sleep goals. I am so grateful for Heidi and her sweet nature, kind encouraging suggestions, and overall upbeat attitude. She offers tons of useful advice and is our best sleep cheerleader. We love her so much and KNOW you will to! Three cheers for SLEEP! Thanks Heidi! read more

Heidi is an amazing sleep coach ! I went from waking up every 2 hours throughout the night with my little one to sleeping through in just a few days. Heidi is extremely supportive and helpful throughout the whole process. She connected with me at night to walk through the plan and checked in with me in the mornings to see how everything went. There was zero judgement when I slipped up & her positive attitude was exactly what I needed after months of sleepless nights. I am forever grateful for her and feel happier and healthier now that I am finally getting sleep ! read more

Heidi quite literally saved my sanity and my schedule, and gave me time back with my husband again. I went from nursing my son non-stop and being used as a pacifier from the moment he went to sleep until he woke up in the morning to nursing him at bedtime, giving him a good night hug and kiss, and not seeing him again until the morning. It has been truly amazing to sleep through the night again, and get so much time back in the evenings to spend with my husband and work on growing my business, and it's so wonderful to see our son more rested throughout the day too. It's hard to believe that just a couple weeks before, we had no freedom to do anything or go anywhere during our son's sleeping hours and now we have more flexibility and freedom than we could have ever imagined. We have told all of our friends and family about you and they can't believe that someone was able to change his sleeping habits for the better. Thank you, Heidi, for helping us all get more sleep! We are so grateful! read more

We can't remember what our lives were like before Heidi! She helped us structure a sleep plan that was realistic for our family. She was always willing to answer our questions and was always there in moments of panic. Becoming a new mama was tough for me...and my husband and I had NO idea what we were doing in regards to our 6 month old's sleep patterns. Heidi's kindness and encouragement made sleep training much less daunting than I had originally envisioned. When days didn't go as planned Heidi was our biggest cheerleader and reminded us that everything is fixable. My husband and I love Heidi! She rules. read more

Heidi is amazing! My baby girl was having really bad eczema and nothing would soothe her. She was so uncomfortable and in pain she would fight naps and sleeping. Most of my day was spent trying to soothe her and make her comfortable. Heidi came to my rescue! As soon as she held my little girl, she was instantly calm and finally got some rest. She taught me techniques and tips on how to get her to sleep and put her on a schedule. With some eczema treatment and Heidi's special touch, my baby girl is on a routine and sleeping like a champ! I wouldn't have survived the first few months without her! read more

Heidi was such a pleasure to work with! Unlike my experience with a previous sleep coach for my first child, with Heidi, I never felt judged about the decisions I had made to care for my baby as a new mom, even if they were considered "negative" sleep associations. Heidi took the time to *really* listen to my family's needs and customize a gentle sleep plan that was best for us and our little one. She was incredibly positive, supportive, and knowledgeable. She always had new ideas to address changing sleep patterns that helped stretch the length of sleep longer. She was my cheerleader and rock throughout the sleep training process--there for me every single day and every step of the way. It used to take me hours to get my baby to sleep, and he would wake up multiple times a night. It took commitment on my part, but when our program completed, my son was sleeping nearly 12 hours straight! (She even offered suggestions for my older child's sleep habits.) Heidi helped me get my nights back and have time to unwind after a long day. I felt more balanced again. I have absolutely no regrets hiring her and have already recommended her to multiple friends around the country. No matter where you live, Heidi can help you start sleeping better again and help your child get a long, restful night's sleep. I strongly encourage any family in need of sleep support to reach out to her! You won't regret it. read more
