It's been five years since we purchased our family truck from them and we have had no problems.

I am writing this review about a month after I bought my 08 BMW 335i here. I couldn't be happier…read morewith my purchase. I came here already seeing my car online at TrueCar, went to get the keys to look at it and let me test drive. After I came back from test driving, the staff handed me a CarFax, I asked if I could take it to a mechanic to be seen, and they were happy to let me do this. I took it to a reputable euro car specialist and the mechanic looked at it for about an hour and told me he couldn't find anything wrong with it. The car was very clean underneath and inside the engine bay. The only thing the mechanic said looked weird was the back two tires were different tires and needed to be replaced. When I took that back to RDU Auto Sales, the staff offered to replace them or take some off of the price which you don't see too often from used car dealerships. After seeing that the car was in great condition, I decided to buy it, before hand I received no pressure to buy the car or look at any other ones. RDU Auto Sales let me control the whole process and only aided me when I asked. The paper work was minimal, it took less than 30 minutes and everything was explained completely before I signed. Out the door they give you a one month warranty for free, with the option to purchase an extended warranty. I would recommend this dealer to any and all who are skeptical of used car dealerships. I know I was unsure before coming here, but I will recommend this one to any of my friends who are looking to buy a high performance or luxury car.

They let me and my friend crawl over the truck and under it too. They answered any question we had and what they weren't sure of they looked it up and made no promises, the truck was as is. Granted it's a used truck, it's got some scratches and some miles, but overall I think it's going to be as good as my other Dodge Ram 1500 which has +310,000 miles on it and is still going. It's been about a month and so far I'm happy with the purchase. Although we didn't look at the other used cars on their lot they all looked pretty nice. These guys are used car sales men, but they did go out of their way, stayed late and did not pressure me into buying. They were also not like the smartalexs we had dealt with that day, very nice and respectful.

She received excellent customer service and had all of her questions answered. I went back with her the next day (today) to check out the car she liked. Mo was very professional and helpful. She actually decided to purchase a different car than she first had her eye on. The entire experience was wonderful. Mo was very upfront, honest and sincere, and explained everything to my daughter with patience and professionalism. I would not hesitate to make another purchase at Brother Auto Sales, and I highly recommend them!

This was a most promising experience buying a vehicle from Raleigh Autoplex. I saw nothing but…read morebeautiful cars and jeeps on the very manicured and maintained car lot. The cars do not look or feel like they have been previously owned. Even with the cosmetic adjustments that were needed with the decals on the steering wheel and the door locks, the car ran great and had very low miles for a 2012. The dealers allowed me to take the car to my mechanic for a buyer's inspection and it passed with flying colors. The dealers and I made a contract that after I purchased the 2012 Mercedes C300 4Matic, all the decals would be replaced in about three weeks when the parts came in. Well, three weeks later I got a phone call that I could bring my car in for the decals to be replaced and THEY LOOK OUTSTANDING!! I am very SATISFIED with my car and would recommend anyone to go there for their first, second, or third car. The dealers are very honest, knowledgeable, caring, and meticulous about the work.

The check engine light came on the very next day, and within a week, I was facing a $2,500 repair bill. I've only had the car for two weeks. I trusted the owner and explained that I needed a reliable vehicle for my son since our current one already had issues. He reassured me that this was a good, dependable car -- but now I'm left with two vehicles that both have problems. I've tried reaching out and even went by the shop to get a resolution, but haven't received any help or response.
