I was greeted in a friendly and helpful manner by a gentleman whose desk was next to the main entrance. The person that assisted me was equally friendly and helpful. He specialized in purchasing only. Great service - fair, efficient and thorough. I can't speak to the sales side but based on what I saw and heard I'm betting it's just as good.

We were jerked around about floor mats (the 1st and 2nd vehicle purchase) that were written in the deal and then were guilted that our sales lady would "have to pay for that out of her own pocket" which is completely unprofessional to tell a customer. We were told this Toyota 4 Runner had been on their lot over 45 days and they were "losing money on the deal" which is also not appropriate to tell a customer. That is not our problem as the customer. We test drove this vehicle in the pouring down rain and could not tell from the website photos that the windows and vehicle body had a horrible film on it making it difficult to see out the windows. It looked like permanent soap scum. The dealership ABSOLUTELY knew this after having it over 45 days and it being serviced and ran through car washes, etc. and did not disclose it to us. We got our vehicle home and noticed these windows could not be cleaned from the inside or outside by hand, it needed a machine and specific materials to get the baked on "tree sap" over the last 2 years removed to bring it back to original condition. We spent $1600.00 on a vehicle with 30,000 miles on it so we could SEE OUT THE WINDOWS. Shame on this dealership for not telling us about this issue when they KNEW it was a problem. We will never do business here again (besides oil changes since we purchased that plan) and we will not refer this dealership to anyone. We feel very taken advantage of- ESPECIALLY since we were a returning customer.
