I had a very disappointing experience at this tire shop. As soon as I walked in, Joe was rude and…read moreacted like he didn't want to help me. I then watched him be much kinder and more helpful to other customers. I hate to think it was because of the color of my skin, but the difference in treatment was clear. When I asked about the company's policy, Joe's response was simply, "Google it." That is completely unprofessional and not how customers should be treated. Based on my experience and the many other negative reviews, this place seriously needs to investigate its customer service practices. I've never been treated so poorly at a business.

Recently I bought 5 new tires and had them installed here, along with 5 new wheels, 5 new TPMS…read moresensors, new lugs, tires balanced, and an alignment. Dropped it off in the morning and they had it done by the end of the day, which is quick considering the amount of work needed to be done. By the time I picked up the truck, everything was buttoned up exactly how I asked. All tires were properly assemble, balanced and programmed with new sensors. The old tires were disassembled and thrown into the bed with the old sensors and lugs. They even took the time to mount the spare underneath (something I told them they didn't need to do). Friendly and understanding staff. Cool guys. Couple months later, the tires hold air perfectly and ride great. These are my second set of tires installed here with no problems. I'll keep coming here.

I even got a phone call the day after ordering letting me know my tires were in and ready for my appointment. The whole process felt smooth and stress-free. The part that won me over was the price matching. I found the same tires cheaper at Walmart and instead of going somewhere else or filling out a long form, or asking in store, I just used the live chat option. You can chat with someone who will price match for you!! They asked for a link to the tires I wanted to price match with, verified they could match and then just sent me a discounted checkout link that was valid for 30 days. It saved me a lot of money and took hardly any effort, which honestly is worth more than it sounds. When I arrived, the location was spotless and very well kept. I was honestly surprised at how clean the restrooms were for a place that sees so much grease. The waiting area was comfortable too, with a window where you can watch them work on your car from your seat and USB outlets nearby so you can charge your phone while you wait. They have guest wifi too and they text you with updates the entire time so you know what to expect and what is happening. Small things like that really matter and add up. The staff was kind and patient with me the whole time. Multiple employees took the time to explain everything clearly. When I needed someone to repeat something about my valve stems, he didn't seem annoyed at all, which I appreciated. As we were leaving, my tire sensors seemed off, so I pulled back around. Before I even had time to get out and go inside, someone noticed, came right out to help, and explained what was going on. That kind of attentiveness stood out to me. Thank you to everyone at this location! Overall, I felt completely taken care of here. Great service, easy process, clean shop, fair pricing, and genuinely helpful people. I had a great service here by a personable and friendly employee, who had a good recommendation that sounded trustworthy. He immediately saw that I needed assistance when I came in and served me promptly. He showed me his monitor screen with different tire options of the kind that I wanted, and told me what kind he had on his vehicle. The company kept me updated via email with all steps in the service of my car after I dropped it off in the morning, and I was able to finish my appointment within the same day. I came back and picked it up after work, just before they closed for the day. I did not notice any problems with the tires after I had driven around on them several months, and I am glad that I got them replaced before the big snow this winter. The tires are very expensive, I paid about $1385 for all 4 new tires, but they are a good brand (Michelin) and should last for several years I think. I also signed up for the certificate which will cover them to do maintenance service on the tires, rotate them every couple thousand miles, and repair them if they accidentally get damaged. I will definitely be returning here for future tire service and new purchases, if I am still in the area when that time comes.

While I went there to get my front brakes fixed, they quickly informed me that I needed ALL of my brakes fixed. I was quoted a very reasonable price. However, once they really got into my car, the price more than doubled. I am not complaining one bit. Most places would've fixed the bare minimum, but these guys went above and beyond to make sure the car was safe For my family to drive. They did an incredible job and just by fixing the brakes the ride is so much smoother. All their parts have a warranty. They could not pay the entire fee at one time. So, we accommodated them by setting up a payment plan that they said they could afford. We agreed to draft their bank account weekly for $375 until their balance was paid in full. After having at least two of their bank drafts returned NSF, we offered to let them pay us with a company credit card. They refused to do this and terminated our service without letting us know. We worked long hours to meet the deadline. They still owe us over $4,000. This is being contested by the owner. We have a conference call scheduled for 02/14/24 to review the charges and payments.
