They could not pay the entire fee at one time. So, we accommodated them by setting up a payment plan that they said they could afford. We agreed to draft their bank account weekly for $375 until their balance was paid in full. After having at least two of their bank drafts returned NSF, we offered to let them pay us with a company credit card. They refused to do this and terminated our service without letting us know. We worked long hours to meet the deadline. They still owe us over $4,000. This is being contested by the owner. We have a conference call scheduled for 02/14/24 to review the charges and payments. When I drove back to the shop and told the techs that I had a significant leak, I was met with "it's probably residual leakage" and "we're going to overtighten the filter". I had to speak up TWICE to get the filter pulled to be inspected/replaced. During that second visit I never received any sort of apology and I feel like the two techs didn't take the issue seriously at all...even when I mentioned that this oil stain on my driveway will waste time and money cleaning up. (I asked for some oil dry or solvent and was told auto parts store sells it). Mistakes happen, but the customer shouldn't have to jump up and down to get it fixed correctly. This place obviously needs improvement on a few of their work practices and some customer service training.

When I call them, they came out "to make it right". In making it right, they made it worse by spilling oil all over the top of my engine. They said they would come out to clean the spill off of my engine and my driveway. Then they texted me to state their Franchise Owner didn't want them to come back out. The bride was having wedding day jitters on Friday, and she accidentally backed her SUV into the groom's pickup. She broke her passenger-side tail light; and it had to be replaced immediately that day, or there would be no wedding bliss. After looking him up on Yelp, I called up Mark. Although he was not able to supply me the part himself, he went the extra mile and told me where I could find it. The man is great. They did their diagnosis. I was really happy they fixed the issue with the smell but even though they replaced the spark plugs, my RPMs are still off. Their cost was actually more than what I would have paid at the dealer but I do prefer to support local mechanics. John was nice to work with and I appreciated their communication and timeliness.

Since they take nearly 30 days to get you your title now he has to get his tie rods replaced this weekend, the dealership was only willing to give me the number to his mechanic to see if they could get me in line. when I asked if they would buy the parts so we could install them he says I'd have ask his mechanic. don't buy here it's not worth your time and you can't trust someone who says they would pass a vehicle that failed inspection somewhere else.
