Went in for an oil change. My vehicle just turned 100000 miles. Tried to sell me High mileage oil. Cost a lot more. Told him I wanted just the basic. he said he would give me a gift card from Amazon. I said I do not shop Amazon. I said i have been driving for over 40 years and never had a problem with basic conventional oil. He said they do not stock conventional oil anymore. Positive is staff was friendly however, I waited 51 minutes for my oil change. There was only one other car on my arrival already in the bay/at the store. While in waiting area, the TV plays over and over mentioning a 15minute oil change......... I was also told that they will (obviously) be checking my tire pressure and filters . Well FINALLY get in my car , check my tire pressure at my next location and what do you know, my tires are not at the PSI they should be. Prices are pretty high as well. I called the location at 4 to confirm that I could get an oil change if I arrived at 4:30. They were scheduled to close at 6, and the guy on the phone assured me that while it was "first come, first served," that I'd be fine. There were two cars in line at the time but he seemed fairly confident. I drove 25 minutes in to town to Jiffy Lune on 4th, arriving shortly before 4:30. I was "greeted" by an employee waving me away. When they walked up to me, they said they couldn't take me because they had 1 in line and were closing early at 5. Note: they FAILED to mention that on the phone when I called to ask if I could make it in. Worse, they were unapologetic and frankly rude. TLDR: called to confirm they could take me. Drive round trip 50 minutes to find they are closing early. Waved me away. Unapologetic and poor customer service. Do not recommend. read more

Struggling between one or two stars here. Before I was even out of my car, had a chance to grab my phone, and ask a few questions about their services and pricing an attendant was trying to jump in my vehicle to pull it into the bay. Not sure if this is common practice because once you find out what they charge, you will definitely not get serviced here. I head inside and before I can find any pricing chart for labor or oil and parts costs, they are already working on vehicle and the guy working the cash register is already ringing everything up. Now...I know what you are thinking..."this is Jiffy Lube...that's the point". And I don't disagree, I just felt like from step one, everyone there is pushy, dismissive, and really don't seem to care about anything but getting you in and out before you see the bottom line on their significant mark-up on labor, oil, and filter. Now, I will have to say, the work was done extremely fast, and this is probably the biggest pro. They do vacuum the interior and wipe down your windshield...pretty standard with oil changes now. They did the standard up-sale on air filter...I've come to accept this a common practice for all oil change places like this...point out things you may or may not really need hoping you will just buy it from them. Here is where I have a significant issue...after I denied the air filter replacement, the attendant tossed the air filter back at my truck...missing completely and bouncing off my vehicle and hitting the deck. This felt unprofessional and really solidified this as a negative experience. To add insult to injury...I found later that Zeck Ford runs a far cheaper and more professional operation...which surprised me because dealerships typically are not the place to go for minor maintenance. My recommendation...unless you just don't care about the cost and need it done quickly, find another place. read more

Fast and awesome service. Today Jesse helped us out for our baby. Oil change and new windshield wipers with a 3 month warranty was 60$. He did let us know about another minor issue he could fix but we denied we will come back to do so next month. I want to say this happened all within maybe 15 minutes if that. I watched a round and ending round of family feud with Steve Harvey. I actually had fun here for the short time lol. The lobby was clean. There is a coffee thing if you would like some. Waiting seats are leather and comfy. It's a smell once h first enter that fades when I guess your nose gets use to it. The car runs nicely no issues once getting back in the car. We will stick to coming here. I wonder if they have coupons, need to look into that. Great location. $25 oil change and we have a Hyundai. read more

Overcharge three times the market value for a quart of oil that goes over "Their Standard 5 quart Oil Change". So if a stand quart of oil is $5 at market value, that will charge you $15. This place is a total rip off and dishonest. Pretty standard for the oil change business. I will never go to another Jiffy Lube ever again. Stay away. read more

I have had two oil changes and am not happy about either. I had a service engine light come on minutes after leaving their shop on my truck, and they let a gum wrapper fall into the housing for the cabin air filter on my wifes car causing a god offel wracket when the heater or AC or is on. I have an oddball vehicle (Mercedes Metris) so I purchased my oil filter and a jug of the special synthetic blend for European cars. I called ahead of time to get a price for an oil change if I supplied the oil and filter and was quoted $41.00 over the phone. When I arrived, I was told it would be $58.00. When I asked about the discrepancy from what I was quoted over the phone he explained that they had to grease some fittings as a requirement for all 4WD vehicles and that this wasn't an option. I explained to him that this wasn't a 4WD and asked what fittings he was talking about. He didn't respond, but deleted that from the quote which brought it down to $48.00. After completing the oil change, my total came to $88.00. Of course I was shocked and asked how he arrived at this price based on what was quoted. He said the jug of oil I had supplied only at 5 quarts (it was actually 5.5) and that the vehicle took 8 quarts (capacity is 7.75). I admit that I should have ensured that I supplied enough oil, but they were happy to charge me $13.00 per quart for the extra. When I asked about the original $41.00 quote actually including oil for those who don't bring their own, I got some jibberish about special synthetics and that I would have been better off not bring in my own oil. I would not recommend this business. The customer service wasn't terrible but the gentleman was kind of snide. They get 2 stars for being speedy but otherwise a fail. read more
