I can't say enough good things about my experience with this tire shop. I called the owner, Blake,…read morefirst thing this morning looking for a hard-to-find tire that every other place told me would have to be special ordered. Blake immediately went to work for me. Not only did he locate the tires, but he also connected me with a towing company that arrived within 20 minutes. He quickly got the tires, and his team had me back on the road in no time. What impressed me most was how much Blake genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience at a fair price. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. He's earned my trust and my business for life. Blake will be my tire guy forever!

Not once have they ripped us off and they have always been very easy to work with. Even as a 22 year old girl, who knows nothing about cars, they have never tried to take advantage of me and have never treated me like I was stupid or lesser because of my knowledge on cars and the many questions I may ask at times. They don't try and up-charge us and only provide the services that we need and request. There aren't any hidden fees and, as precaution, we always check our receipts before check-out and leaving the shop to ensure everything adds up. I've never had an issue in the 7 years I have been personally bringing my cars in. I even drive an hour and a half now just to bring my car here because I know I can trust their word and service.

I took it back exactly a month later and was told the part had worn out, and all parts had a life time warranty, and they wanted to charge me another $100 to put the right part on which they did not do the first time. I didn't understand why I should pay sn additional $100 for them to fix their mistake. I did not at any time refuse to pay them, but when I picked my car up, there was a note on the car saying we were rude and refused to pay them, therefore they will no longer work on my car.
