We were told this Toyota 4 Runner had been on their lot over 45 days and they were "losing money on the deal" which is also not appropriate to tell a customer. That is not our problem as the customer. We test drove this vehicle in the pouring down rain and could not tell from the website photos that the windows and vehicle body had a horrible film on it making it difficult to see out the windows. It looked like permanent soap scum. The dealership ABSOLUTELY knew this after having it over 45 days and it being serviced and ran through car washes, etc. and did not disclose it to us. We got our vehicle home and noticed these windows could not be cleaned from the inside or outside by hand, it needed a machine and specific materials to get the baked on "tree sap" over the last 2 years removed to bring it back to original condition. We spent $1600.00 on a vehicle with 30,000 miles on it so we could SEE OUT THE WINDOWS. Shame on this dealership for not telling us about this issue when they KNEW it was a problem. We will never do business here again (besides oil changes since we purchased that plan) and we will not refer this dealership to anyone. We feel very taken advantage of- ESPECIALLY since we were a returning customer.

They did an incredible job and just by fixing the brakes the ride is so much smoother. All their parts have a warranty. Anyone who has ever moved knows that, of course that would happen that week! Fortunately, we found Zohr on Yelp and it was a mixed bag but ended up working pretty well. The bolt was discovered on a Saturday and we couldn't get anyone out until Monday around lunchtime. Not a huge issue as we have two cars and could ride it out, as long as they were on time... More about that in a sec. They were on the ball and said they could likely patch it, but got the tire size in case they needed to replace it on the spot. Their idea is genius, by the way. They'll come to you wherever and remove your tire and get it all fixed up or replaced, saving you the danger of driving on a wonky tire. They rescheduled us for Monday evening which didn't work with our closing/moving schedule, and called to have it at the original time. They didn't show during the window, and we had to call more than a few times to confirm they were still coming. Definitely frustrating to deal with, and I was ready to go to Plan B, but fortunately they ended up not being too late (about two hours after the window). My frustrations faded once they got someone en route; they became very responsive, communicative and let us know exactly when they'd be there. When they arrived, they said that since the bolt was in the tread they could plug it and be done in 15-20 minutes. Really grateful because we need a whole new set of tires on this car sometime soon, but would be a bummer to buy one and then have to buy a set again. Their tech was friendly and quick, very efficient, and the price was fair (I want to say around $85 out the door). They were a bit confused with the Yelp check in offer of 20% off, but I'm not sweating it too much. All in all, I was not the happiest camper the way it was going around appointment time, but they stepped up and totally redeemed themselves! Would use them again, but hopefully won't have to.

I have a Isuzu Hombre 4.3 Vortec that…read moreblew and intake gasket and leaked vacuum and caused the vehicle to run poorly, but never leaked coolant into the oil, until Big Guys replaced the gasket. They replaced the gasket, and I drove the truck a total of 97 miles and the main bearings failed in the truck due to coolant in the oil. I did not notice coolant in the oil before the knocking so I couldnt prevent it. Took back to Big Guys. They told me engine had failed and a used engine with over 100k would be $3000 installed. They would NOT stand behind their 12000 mile warranty and told me to kick rocks. I would NOT recommend letting them even change your oil.
