Phenomenal tow service and a reliable company! They IMMEDIATELY responded and Chris was there in 15 minutes. I originally called another tow company and waited for several hours--I finally canceled and called Gresham & Son Transport and they were there and helping me within 15 minutes!!! So quick!! Amazing service, Chris was incredibly competent, he knew the mechanics around, he tried to jump my car first to make sure it was the alternator too....I 10000% recommend if you are ever in a situation where you need your car jumped/towed.I'm incredibly grateful. read more

I didn't think I'd be writing a review for a towing company in Kansas City, but here goes. My wife and I had just pulled into a gas station for diesel, towing a 34ft trailer. Went to leave and the truck had a fuel pressure problem. Our roadside service contacted Gresham and son towing. It took a little while for them to get there so I called them back and Amy assured me their driver would be there shortly. It wasn't long before Jonathan showed up. He was friendly, knowledgeable and got our truck to the dealership. Not only did he have to get our truck on his flatbed, but also had to deal with our travel trailer. It all went better than can be expected. Absolute professionals! Highly recommended. read more

had a difficult job with the suspension broken and in the mud. the driver, jon, moved the my truck up and down, right and left with chains at all different angles and got it on the flatbed like he came across this everyday. i'm impressed. read more

Upon discovering that the tow truck driver damaged our vehicle, we placed a call to the office. We were transferred to what I assume was the driver. He denied any damage. Claimed our vehicle was in that condition when he got there. Then hung up on me when the conversation required accountability. When I place a second call 30 minutes later to the receptionist again. I informed her I had been hung up on and explained the extent of damage and assured her we had pictures of the vehicle that were taken when we left it for tow. She became defensive, confrontational, condescending and rude. Nothing was resolved. They made no effort to admit guilt or apologize and professed, "Good luck. It's your word against his.". Needless to say, tow at your own risk. read more

I was recently towed by this company and they were awesome. The driver made sure my vehicle would be taken care that day, and (when the car repair place could not get to my vehicle the same day) he towed me back to where I live to a repair place nearby. read more
