They do not fix anymore until that tray is empty, so most of the time you have to wait 10 to 20 minutes, or more, to get your choices. Especially true on the lunch specials. There is a much more efficient way to serve your customers a hot fresh meal, without making them wait. This is a product and time management issue. United, either get it right or shut it down, but please stop wasting your customers precious time.

I'd say they have almost everything I need, and being a kitchen enthusiast, I love their spice section. The ambiance is usually chill and easy to navigate through, people in the aisles are usually very knowledgeable of where things are. The service is usually good, but there have been times where I've felt discriminated against, like, this one time at the self check out when I was speaking Spanish on the phone and this lady shows up out of nowhere to ask me "please scan the water". (I always use the self checkout, but curiously enough, the day I was speaking Spanish they ask me to scan everything)... I wasn't even done scanning, but meh... maybe it's just some bad apples. In general I totally recommend the store, just be ready to deal with some people's mood

I am checking out and not even 5 items in, I am greeted by an employee. Asking (more like TELLING) me I'm in need of help. I say no, I am fine. I am very used to GROCERY SHOPPING & can navigate it on my own. But yet she stays.... Starts going through my checked items and the bags I had aside , asking me to see the register to make sure everything was "actually" scanned. Then pushes me over and says she needs to do it for me. My total was like $700 or $650 around there. And when it's time for me to lay she like is breathin down my damn neck looking at how I'm possibly gonna pay. NY CARD DECLINED I was on my way from Austin to Denver, CO & my bank felt it was suspicious & needed further approval. So, I had to call & get it set straight. Oh man, when I tell you this lady was gonna have an orgasm thinkin she really caught on to me... HER PANTIES WERE WET MAN. & when it took longer than w seconds to get it straightened out she had 3 other employees around us. So when it comes time for me to swipe again they're all like sweating I swear. And I got the max amount of cash back that I could just to show that broke broad I'm not the one. & i hope to never see her outside of that establishment.

I stopped by this particular location near closing time on August 18, 2023 just to get a few…read morethings, and realized suspicious behavior upon entering and leaving. I planned only to be inside for just a couple of minutes, so I left my window down. However, it appeared someone may have approached my vehicle and threw something onto the seat. I eventually looked over to the left side of the building before leaving, and realized a young adult male standing alongside of the building, while a young female seemed to obstruct the doorway as I entered. Some of us travel a great way for the comfort of safety, however, I don't think this holds true anymore. I'll just go somewhere else.
