Birthday girl had a great time exploring, playing and eating. The team were so easy to work with from the email correspondence on my Cinnamoroll themed table vision to day of set up. The staff were super quick & accommodating when they were assisting me with the set up. They helped me string up and put a HBD banner and set up my little one's high chair and way more like help bring stuff in, stock the drink fridge, set out the pastries, etc. They just knew what to do & did it straight away. I was amazed by the speed and professionalism! If only I had this level of set up at every birthday party. Barely any dictation or answering questions was needed. What a hugeeee lift off the mental load! There's a dedicated drink fridge in front of the register that kept our drinks chilled and easy for guests to grab. The food table is nice and long so it held a lot of food & we had A LOTT of food. We opted for the photo package too which was nice because usually being the host means you're too busy to take photos and get photos taken of your family. Overall, I highly recommend this place for your little one's special event! I only wish that this place was bigger so that we could invite more friends to our event. However, being smaller means more intimate events and those who are invited should feel super blessed and lucky to have made the cut!

We frantically were looking for an alternative within 30 minutes before his party started! Luv 2 Play answered our prayers and were able to accommodate a last minute party within 30 minutes. They even asked what theme and color table cloths and had the pizzas ready. Absolutely phenomenal. The room was clean, the party attendant was helpful and attentive. Pros: - Length of time / it's an all-day camp from 8:30-3:30. - Variety of activities / they stay indoors most of the day either playing in the play structure area or in the party room doing arts and crafts. However, they also have a designated area in the spacious parking lot to do activities as well so the kids do get fresh air outside. - Staff / the camp counselors are AWESOME! Super patient, friendly, and sweet to the kids. Ms. Yadira, Zoe, and Jojo need a raise. They were SO good to the kids! - Drive-thru drop-off and pick-up line / except for the first day of camp, you can use the drive-thru line for the rest of the week. Very convenient, safe, and fast since there's one staff member with the sign-out sheet and another staff member helps with loading or unloading the kids. - Communication / prior to camp, we received a detailed email that included information on timing, activities, and themes for the week. We knew exactly what to expect each day. - Photo privacy / they take photos and videos to post to their social media accounts, but if you want to opt your kids out, they honor that easily. - Snacks / two snacks were provided each day, but you bring your own lunch from home Cons: Can't think of any! Janine helped us set up everything -- the tables, food, backdrops, kids' snacks, and even a special Build-A-Bear-style station I created for my daughter. She also helped us set up our soda pop station and made sure everything looked great and ran smoothly. My family arrived late (Polynesian time, as always ), and I was so incredibly grateful that Janine was there helping us every step of the way. I honestly don't know what I would have done without her support. She went above and beyond -- helping cut and serve the cake, assisting our guests as they arrived, checking in on us constantly, and making sure everything stayed clean, organized, and stress-free. There were also plenty of places for parents to sit while still being able to watch their kids play, which I appreciated. But it's either my hubby, I, or the both of us with my baby the whole time.
