Everything was perfect, exactly how we wanted it to be. They know their stuff and helped us conceive of the perfect look for our reception, which wound up including a beautiful layer of fairy lights hung from the ceiling of the venue. This required a scissorlift to come in and put up, which they also coordinated and made happen with no additional stress from our end. DJ Andrew worked with us to create the perfect vibe for the dance section of the reception that kept our dance floor full the entire evening. He was also spot on for the music cues during the processional, recessional and first dance at our ceremony and reception. All of the coordinators and administrators who worked with us to get everything set up correctly in the buildup to the wedding were very quick to respond to any of our questions via email within a few hours at most whenever we reached out. They were also proactive with reminders and questions of their own when deadlines approached or decisions needed to be made. We felt that they had our wedding logistics well in hand at all times. A great one stop shop for a big portion of wedding logistics. Well worth the cost for such a comprehensive service. Cannot recommend enough. Would use again if we get married again, though I don't think we'll be topping the last one thanks in large part to Altared!

You can go through their extensive catalog, and even upload other tracks you want played. So I was excited to make our own playlist. Well, he didn't follow it so well. Maybe like 1/2 of the songs he played were ones we had chosen. I understand people make requests, and that's fine, but I thought the rest of the songs would be ones we'd chosen. He played Will Smith, guys. Will Smith. I rest my case.

He does his check-ins leading up to event day as well as, morning of and day after- making sure our needs were met. I have only needed his Photo Booth service which is definitely top of the line. We recently just celebrated my son's college graduation celebration and our printouts were so beautiful and very professional!
