I had worked with another group prior to Lighthouse and was incredibly disappointed in the services I received. Within the first phone call exploring service options and not even having hired Lighthouse, they were able to retrieve the information I needed. They were fast, professional, respectful, and allowed me autonomy as a client that I did not experience with other groups. Highly recommend if you need information quickly without any extra steps. Thank you Lighthouse! read more

They are very professional. I have never hired someone to investigate a person before, but they gave me the impression that they really know what they're doing. The great ratings brought me here and I was not let down. Additionally, they seemed personally invested in my situation. I could tell that they care about me and the people involved in my issue. I feel completely reassured about the topic I had them investigate. It was worth every penny. read more

Lighthouse Investigations is the team you want on your side when everything feels impossible. They went above and beyond for me during a very difficult and violent domestic situation. In such a short time, they pulled together an impressive amount of information with compassion and professionalism. I felt genuinely cared for, not just like another case. Highly skilled, discreet, and kind -- I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of investigative help. read more

Lighthouse Investigations is fast, friendly, and extremely efficient and helpful! I needed a series of background checks for a potential nanny position, and thanks to Cindi, we were able to find our family's perfect (and safe) match. This was a huge help to us. I've used Lighthouse Investigations several times and have always been impressed with the professionalism and the speed at which information is obtained. Cindi is understanding of even the most complex and/or delicate situations. read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND LIGHTHOUSE!! I own New Creations Custom Kitchen and Bath and I've used Lighthouse on many occasions for my business. You will not find a better investigative digital research service anywhere. Here's a little backstory... I've known Julee personally for nearly 20 years. Since I know her to be a person of high integrity, I had my elderly parents use Lighthouse Investigations to check out some contractors and repair people they were thinking of using. I'm very glad I did, as some of these parties were not the types of people I would want around my parents. Julee and her partner Cindi are very skilled at all types of investigations, but digital research is where they really shine. They shoot you straight AND listen to me, which I just love. Their pricing was very fair for the quality you receive. Their service is super fast, efficient, but most importantly... they are just the nicest people you will ever meet so it's ALWAYS A GREAT CLIENT EXPERIENCE!! read more

We have used Lighthouse Investigations to do background checks on several contractors. After being ripped off in the past, we learned our lesson and check out people ahead of time. Julee and Cindi are really helpful in finding out the good, the bad and the ugly on people who will be coming on our property. We have referred several people to Lighthouse, as they are thorough, fast, and efficient. read more

"I will highly recommend this business to anyone that is needing to provide solid evidence in any legal matter. I hired these ladies due to a custody dispute and needed evidence to show the court that my child's safety was in jeopardy. They went above and beyond getting the evidence I needed. Not only were they professional, but they also seemed genuinely concerned for my daughter's safety. One of the investigators even testified in court. I was ultimately able to have full custody of my Daughter and able to return to my home state to be with our family. I will forever be grateful and appreciative of all their hardwork. I don't believe we would have had the same outcome without their help in court!" read more

They went above and beyond my expectations! I was having a hard time locating my ex husband to serve him documents. They were able to locate an address and they were able to serve him the documents. I live in California and was nervous they would just take my money and not be able to serve the documents but they provided video and photos showing everything that went on. Thank you again for your help! read more

I feared the worst when I had to hire a private investigator, but Lighthouse did a phenomenal job and put my fears to rest. Julee is incredibly knowledgable and professional, not only in answering all of my questions and concerns, but in digging up the information that made a potentially unpleasant situation go away. If you need someone checked out, these are the people to help you. read more

When I lost contact with an old school buddy, I called on Lighthouse Investigations because I saw their Yelp reviews, and I needed it done quickly. They were AWESOME! I appreciate them very much. They found my friend and will definitely call on these ladies again if I need them. read more

Absolutely fantastic. One of the most professional businesses I have ever dealt with. Our task was not an easy one, and it literally took a couple hours. We could not be happier. Highly recommend. read more

When I think of Private Investigators, I usually think of some TV drama driven scenario, searching for a missing person, tracking down a stolen artifact, but I came to discover a vital service that may be overlooked by many people- Background Checks. A health worker or other person that you let into your home leaves you in a vulnerable position, especially if you expect that the company employing that person truly vets their employees, sub-contractors, etc. Cindi at Lighthouse Investigations and Litigation Support is a master strategist. She considers all aspects of the case and develops an investigation that provides the necessary information and evidence for legal counsel to present an informative evidence-based case. What could have ended up as a very costly event after being victimized by an home-health caretaker, supposedly vetted by the Company. Cindi identified the individual and previous legal trouble, bad associates and a pattern of abuse. This was vital in the successful conclusion of the case. Everyone needs a mechanic, a lawyer, a plumber, AND a Private Investigator. Call Cindi at Lighthouse Investigations and Litigation Support- tell her Annette sent you. read more

Lighthouse was instrumental (no other way to put it) in getting me thru and past a personal matter. I found Lighthouse, Julee and Cindi thru Yelping reviews and now I know why...they are amazing! I checked out their credentials, which they are current and licensed by the state of Texas. They are problem solvers, actually. I owe them a debt a gratitude and a big Thank YOU!!!! read more

Cindi and Julee are the best. I wish it was under better circumstances that we met, but they have been a rock for us in very uncertain times easing our minds and presenting us with facts. They are both compassionate and diligent, two factors I think may them great at what they do. If you need a problem solved, Lighthouse Investigations should be your go-to. I'm so thankful for all the work they have done for us, and any work that I need done in the future I'll be sending their way. read more

This is the second time I've used Lighthouse, first was to help me out with some family issues, this time it was to give my husband and I some peace of mind with the nanny we were hiring to care for our 6 month old son. Even though there are plenty of websites that can provide background checks, I wanted an actual person to be able to explain the results(ie what does it mean when a person has a known alias) and also the guarantee that we received the correct background check for the correct person(I had a friend who got endless results for someone with a common name, which is so frustrating). They were so quick to respond and find all the info we needed and were so helpful in answering any questions we had. We will always choose lighthouse from here on out! read more

This isn't a fake review. This company was reported to the licensing agency in the State of Texas for their incompetent behavior. They were also reported to the Better Business Bureau. They failed miserably to do the job they were hired to do and a legal motion was lost because of it. read more

The Lighthouse Investigation Team has been so beneficial in assisting myself and my business. With having a service business, and going onto customers properties, the team has conducted background checks with our employees to ensure peace of mind knowing there were no hidden issues for us to be concerned with. Whether business or personal needs I do recommend Lighthouse Investigation for any and all investigative matters you need handled. read more

Recently hired Julee and her staff to help with a child custody case as their skills were a tremendous help to me and the safety of my child. Julee and her investigators were nothing short of amazing. I was constantly informed of what's going currently new information and surveillance. They are very passionate about what they do and very good at to say the least. Without the help of lighthouse I would not be in the position I'm in today. I wish I could leave more stars my experience was that great. I will be recommending them to any friends or family that is in need of their services. Thank y'all for everything ! read more

Lighthouse has a number of 5 star reviews and I am going to add to them. Julee and Cindi did a fantastic job investigating and building a case for us to prove that the trustee or the center's property manager were giving false information to us about the financial condition of a shopping center during covid. We were told that most of the businesses were shut down (site is remote for us so it was difficult for us to investigate personally). Lighthouse did phone recordings, pictures, Facebook blog reports from the businesses, and a detailed report that our attorney used to demand payment and stop the shenanigans. I highly recommend them. read more

Cindi has been AMAZING! I have had them do a number of things from wiping PC's and iPhones to security software and phone number investigation. They were instrumental in uncovering a fraud case with my elderly aunt and doing several personal security things for me, personally. They are very professional, prompt and supportive. I wouldn't work with anyone else. read more

I was referred to Lighthouse Investigations by my friend in Austin after not knowing where to begin finding a solution to an issue I was having. Their response time was so impressive and Cindi answered every question I had thoroughly and in a way that I could easily comprehend. I have utilized the services of Lighthouse Investigations for several cases in my family law practice. In each instance they have gone above and beyond in an effort to protect the interests of my clients and their children. They are honest, straightforward and amazing at gathering indispensable information. No investigator (or lawyer) can change the facts of a bad case, but sometimes shining a light in the right direction can make all the difference in the outcome. Keep up the good work ladies!!! read more

Julee and her team are amazing. As a single mom dealing with a child support evader I felt so hopeless. Within 24 hours they found out the information I needed to start receiving child support again. At no point did I ever feel like unnecessary services were recommended or that my case was not a priority. I pray that I never need these services again but if I do this is the only company I will work with. On behalf of my children and me, thank you Lighthouse. read more

I called Lighthouse because I had a stalker and the police wouldn't do anything for me. I spoke with Julee and she was incredible from the first moment she answered the phone until present. Julee did a background check on this stalker and they did have a criminal record. That scared me even more. Julee recommended that she send her surveillance team to watch my home, which I agreed. The team was incredible and I felt safe. The stalker figured out that my home was being watched, so I haven't seen the stalker in a while. I would recommend Lighthouse for any investigative needs. They are very personable and good at what they do. read more

I recently had a contractor walk out, stealing the deposit and not pay any of the subs. I called Julee for help, as I needed to find out about assets, location and any other information I could use in court. She was SOOOO incredibly helpful. She got me the information the same day, responded to all emails quickly and was an absolute pleasure to work with. She provided everything I needed to pursue the individual I did a comprehensive background check on. One of the best investments I have made, and I will absolutely use her services again when I am working with someone on a project that requires a large investment. A++ read more

It seems people either write an online review because they hate a business or because they are thoroughly impressed with a business. In this instance I have been extremely pleased by the work done by Julee and Cindi with Lighthouse Investtgations and Litigation support. They are smart, efficient, and get the job done! My investigation is still in progress, so I'll return to update this review. But in the meantime if you need P.I. work don't hesitate to give Lighthouse a call. read more

I've known Cindi for over 15 years. When I heard she was working with Lighthouse and with what they do I thought how novel and interesting. I never thought I'd ever need their services. Of course I called her before partnering with a too good to be true potential investor who was going to buy into our startup business. Everything about the person checked out when we looked into their background. But when Cindi and Lighthouse did their due diligence on our behalf the story was very dark indeed. The person not only was involved in fraud and a convicted felon but had 35 records, including embezzlement, selling unregistered securities and even animal cruelty. We missed it but they didn't. Lighthouse probably saved us our business, 100's of thousands of dollars not to mention legal fees and one big fat mistake we all would have regretted for the rest of my partners and my life. Lighthouse, I cannot express any more gratitude then infinity for your efforts. "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure". Thanks! read more
