I had a horrible experience from start to finish. Steve, the owner, is extremely aggressive and…read morehas terrible customer service. In total, I had 4 different of my staff members complain about him and then I had to deal with him and it was nothing but unpleasant. He took forever to get me the paperwork needed to set him up as a vendor so I could pay him for repair work and while he still wasn't getting me the paperwork he would literally call every single day to ask for payment. He finally got me the paperwork after 2 weeks of me trying and then I paid him. Then he was to install license plate cameras and due to him installing the cameras at another property I had to wait a month for install. The day he installed them he didn't tell me and then was immediately calling that next day for payment! I told him I didn't even know the work was done AND he hadn't even sent me an invoice! So he did that day and before I could even get it to my accountant he was calling again for payment. He called everyday for it! Normally companies pay on a 30 day turn over time but he is DESPERATE for money (and it was only $1000 so to me that says he is really struggling for business if he so badly needs that money). I checked video footage of the cameras and these awesome cameras didn't show anything, it was pitch black and didn't pick up an license plate image. So I only paid half b/c they didn't work. He got pushy and aggressive saying the cameras were in so he needed payment, but I said I couldn't pay until the cameras actually worked. Thus began more unpleasant conversations and arguments about getting the work done. End of the day, cameras aren't showing footage the way they need to and he won't come adjust them like he said he would. I DO NOT RECOMMEND using this company for the simple fact that it is terrible customer service and terrible attitude....and they seem quite desperate for money so I'm thinking they won't be around for very long.
