The employee called me an inappropriate name and threw my food toward my vehicle, causing it to fall on the ground. I went inside to address the situation and try to understand what happened, but instead of receiving an apology or having the issue handled professionally, the situation was dismissed. I contacted management hoping they would take the complaint seriously, but I felt my concerns were ignored and the employee's behavior was defended. The situation escalated to the point where the police were contacted, even though I never threatened anyone or acted aggressively. A customer should never be treated this way, regardless of the circumstances. I expected basic respect and professionalism, but unfortunately that was not my experience. I will not be returning and hope management takes this feedback seriously.

The first few bites were good, but it then became cumbersome for two people to finish. The medium container was huge. I spent two days eating the leftovers and ended up throwing it away because I couldn't stomach it anymore. We also wanted mac and cheese as a side, but they were almost out, and it looked really liquidy.

And all the staff seemed very polite ......seems to be very supportive of the military! as for the not so good.....certainly not worth the drive out....the sides were a hit or miss.... She asked to sit in one of the many open booths presumably so she could allow her son to lay next to her and rest his head on her lap while he slept.....She was told she could not sit in any of those booths because it was not that servers turn to get a table....
