However, there were a couple of concerns that stood out. The lighting, especially toward the back, was very dim, which made it harder to keep an eye on everything and didn't feel the cleanest. Unfortunately, all of our kids ended up getting sick afterward, which makes us question how well the facility is being cleaned and maintained. It has good potential because the kids enjoyed themselves, but better lighting and stronger cleaning practices would make a big difference.

Miss Avery enjoyed her time in the toddlers ball pit, but Nathaniel not so much he did not like it and started crying. And Scarlett left with a gorgeous cotton candy butterfly. They had a larger baby/toddler area than some other play places and a decent size area for older kids. They have a room for planned parties and general seating for parents. I had to fill out some info on an electronic tablet for waiver purposes and then paid. Grippy socks are required, we had our own from another play place and that was fine with them. The attendant who checked us in was polite but the one when we left was not as friendly. It was a bit stuffy in the place like the air was turned lower. There was a camp of kids (about 20) that checked in before us and about half of them were screaming an ear curdling scream for most of the time which was unpleasant for other kids/toddlers/parents. I do wish they would have said something over the loud speaker about not screaming continually. I would say the facility is good for 10 and under mostly.

I prepaid online, and wasn't sure how big it would be or anything. It was pretty busy when we got there. Check in was super easy since we did everything online including the waiver. There are no shoes allowed in the play area, which was fine. Everything was clean and I loved that they had a basket for toys that needed to be sanitized. We arrived later than we had planned but it worked out in our favor. It cleared out before we left since it was nap time. It was nice and quiet before we left. Lots of unique toys I have no seen before. And everyone was so nice! Such a cute concept! SO many toys. My son had so much fun playing and walking around and exploring the room. We didn't get to try the food. But I did get a drink and it was delicious. I got the chocolate chai with oatmilk. It was nice to have a drink while watching my son play. It was a nice way to get out.
