One thing about candy shops, they normally have center displays with chewy candies you can buy by the weight. This allows you to try a bunch of different things in one place. This is the option we went with in addition to the sour patch kids soda. The layout is nice and they really do have options I haven't seen other places. The decor pops and it inviting. Everything is clean and seems well taken care of. The employee was very helpful, a little too much since he kept asking us if we had questions, but we were the only patrons in the store. Overall, it was a more unique shop then some of the stores you might shop in, but still commercialized. If you like candy though, its definitely worth a try. Our dear friends invited us to come along for the Gift of Life fundraiser called Go See Do. One of the locations available was this one. We got a lovely informational tour presented by the head chef. We got to taste single origin chocolate from Madagascar, Ecuador and the Vietnam. Delicious! The tour was fantastic and they even gave us a discount to buy some chocolate to take home. Which we did! I appreciated Christopher Elbow supporting a local worthy charity so graciously and generously. The place is incredibly tidy, and the chocolate is the best I've had in my life! Going forward I will be buying all my client holiday gifts here.

All are great (not crazy about the birthday cake one my kiddo always gets), the Berry Sorbet and Lemon Basil are standouts on a hot day. There were a lot of different fudge options, so I'm excited to go back and try a few other fudge pieces. One that comes to mind is the cookies and cream which looks to be made with a white chocolate fudge which I've never seen before.
