Was interested in a car from webber. They sent me a video of it running and it had a engine noise…read more I asked about it and he said the noise was coming from the shop. We drive from NY and didn't hear nothing when I started it up, so we purchased it. A little while later the noise was back, same exact noise, same noise in video. Of coarse there is no warranty and they said, we'll we offered after market warranty for a few thousand more, you should of bought it. I bring it to a ford dealer, they pulled motor and the bearings were heavily scored along with cylinder number 1 and ring damage. Approx 10,000 for long block and labor. So now 40k for a car that's pushing 6 years old. The engine would start the noise when it was completely warmed up, and thats why I didnt hear it untill a few hours later driving it home.It needs a new motor. They sent me a paper saying they will pay 1,200 with a 100 deductible. Yup 1,100 total and I would have to drive 11 hours back there . Lol , wow I hope this helps all who thought about buying from webber. Also watch out for slight changes of name for this business. Thought I was ready to treat ourselves at this point in life and thet stole that moment from us. Let's see what the lawyers have to say. Please be careful if purchasing from them.
