The car also came back with dirt tracked onto the floor mat from their gravel lot. and mud/gravel around the wheel wells. The wheel marks are the main issue. They are not massive gouges, but they are on magnesium wheels which are very susceptible to corrosion. Between the damage and the complete lack of communication afterward, I would never trust HBI with any service or sale. They are walking the tightrope of an actual business and scam very carelessly.

I had purchased a jeep many years ago from another Jeep dealer in town and had a miserable experience, so we went to Rubitrux. They are PHENOMENAL! All the guys are knowledgeable and helpful, but I especially love Clinton. He sold us a Gladiator Mohave that had 4000 miles on it for a very reasonable price. Great vehicle with 35" soft rock climbing tires. I bought a second set and had them studded for winter. He found me a used set of wheels for $400! We have a very large dog that goes everywhere with me, and the rear seat wasn't the safest for him. Clinton had 2/3 of the back seat removed and replaced with a locking goose gear. It eliminates the "leg room" space in back which is dangerous for the dog in an accident. Now I have a place in the car to really secure a firearm if I need to, and it's flat - perfect for a dog bed. The original owner tinted the windows really dark. I didn't notice it until the first time I tried to make a turn in the dark - couldn't see anything out the side windows. I took it back and the first guy who looked at it thought it would have to go back to the tinting shop. But one of their mechanics gave it a try and had the tinting off in 20 minutes. I've had the truck for about 2 years and other than modifications, oil changes and inspections, I haven't had to do anything to it. When I've taken it in for routine service, they've always given me a loaner. Even when they are crazy busy, Clinton works me in around my schedule. I spend most of the time alone in the mountains, and I'm 100% confident they will take care of my truck without taking advantage of my lack of car knowledge. They know Jeeps.
