The owner "Dose" even showed up to discuss options while working me a quote. My particular service call was very pleasant with two very understanding and kind people (not salesmen. not tech jargon). I'm on day 4 of no AC, but called yesterday, and they got me seen today which is great. I changed 2 parts which is my limit here. So glad to have met these caring folks! Definitely worthy of praise!!

They were referred to me by friends who I trust, who also used their services. I have been nothing but please with them. From the person who answered the phone, to the techs who came out, to the quality and speed of service (the equipment/units they used is locally stored and available,) I couldn't have been more satisfied, especially considering that I began requesting their assistance in May and June, which begins the busiest season for them. I did feel like I had a delay in communication with the secretary the very first time I called and was awaiting her response with some info, but I spoke with the tech about it when he arrived and he made it very clear that he had the necessary conversation with her to ensure it didn't happen again, and it has not. I've been communication with them quite a bit ever since. She will even communicate with me via text, which is very helpful. The techs were very up-front and honest with me about my options, with the exception of doing anything that would fall below their standards, and of course, professional standards. My overall experience with this company has been a very satisfied and comfortable one.

He always came out quickly and was very communicative and reasonable with his prices. This summer I hired him to remove the window units from my house in half my double (my brothers & I did the other half and...yeah, we had some issues). Definitely keep his number in your list of service providers for window units & floor furnaces.

He came to my house, diagnosed to issue, and dealt with it. We also discussed him coming back and CLEANING the unit (because you REALLY have to clean those machines out on a regular basis or some REALLY yucky stuff builds up in there!) He was super nice, flexible with scheduling, and very reasonably priced. (That was a year ago.) This summer I need to called him again when one of my a/c units started make a weird chirping noise, plus I really wanted him to come and clean out two more of my window units. Again, he came over in a very timely fashion, called when he was on his way, and even showed up 15 ahead of the predetermined time. Again, he diagnosed the issue, dealt with it, cleaned my a/c units, and was in and out very efficiently and at a completely reasonable price. Although the address of the business is in St. Rose, I live in Mid-City, 70119, and I am pretty sure he works all over the greater New Orleans area. I hope this comes up in the right searches! Call Mike's General Maintenance for your window unit needs. He gets the double-Jen approval!
