We went in the mid morning and it's a fairly bright, well lit path there that's not too far or difficult and there were lots of other hikers and travelers so at no point did I feel like something bad was going to happen. The farm is also true to its name because I did get to see a momma deer and her baby right at the entrance of the farm near the barn picnic table area. Neat! It's a great place to see animals too since aside from the deer and farm animals I saw a quail and its chicks, as well as lots of ground squirrels. The chicken are in a coop and pen but some hop out and walk around the farm. Love to see the pigs, sheep, goats, cow, bunnies, ducks and geese too. Would love to one day see the farm cats. There's lots of informative signs and flyers throughout the farm of all reading levels and how much information are on them, and there's small interactive parts too and you learn about the work that goes into working on a farm and what these animals provide for people. The docents and volunteers are also very helpful and are happy to answer questions. Lots of benches and seats in the shade too so you can sit back and take in the scenery and the animals hanging out. You can see the little gardens that they have there and I guess on some days some of the other buildings are open too. I don't mind coming back, but this time, I won't make that same entrance mistake again.

However, they also have a designated area in the spacious parking lot to do activities as well so the kids do get fresh air outside. - Staff / the camp counselors are AWESOME! Super patient, friendly, and sweet to the kids. Ms. Yadira, Zoe, and Jojo need a raise. They were SO good to the kids! - Drive-thru drop-off and pick-up line / except for the first day of camp, you can use the drive-thru line for the rest of the week. Very convenient, safe, and fast since there's one staff member with the sign-out sheet and another staff member helps with loading or unloading the kids. - Communication / prior to camp, we received a detailed email that included information on timing, activities, and themes for the week. We knew exactly what to expect each day. - Photo privacy / they take photos and videos to post to their social media accounts, but if you want to opt your kids out, they honor that easily. - Snacks / two snacks were provided each day, but you bring your own lunch from home Cons: Can't think of any! This camp may not be right for older kids (the pre-teens), but for the littles, it was very fun. Highly recommend!

Set up on the day of the event was also perfection, they arrived on time, checked out the space, and almost immediately had the pens and pop up tents set up... then it was time for the best part - the BUNNIES. Oh the variety of bunnies - small ones and big fluffy ones, and even one with bangs!!! They were all unique and adorable. The Bunny Gurus calmly and kindly explained to the children how to treat the bunnies with respect, and in turn the bunnies will choose to interact with them. Once in the pens, the kids fed and pet the bunnies with the hugest smiles on their faces. We could hear all of them talking about how much they loved the bunnies and how sweet and silly they were. When the kids exited the pens, the parents entered and were equally thrilled to feed, pet, and cuddle the rabbits. I've told many times since the event that they miss the bunnies and our go to phrase for "I'm stressed." has become "I could use a bunny snuggle today."
