This is my first time ever posting a review. I've been tempted to bash a couple companies due to lousy service but this is because of an exceptional experience. I've been considering getting turf for all of the typical reasons. I had dfw turf come out, and I was absolutely unimpressed. Their turf is meh, and although the price was cheap, I've learned over a lifetime that cheap comes at a cost. Whitney Kelly from Big Bully Turf came out and she is a phenomenal representation of this company. She was on time, professional, and knew her stuff. One thing that I really liked is she didn't know the answer to a question I had and she instantly said, "I have no idea, but I will get you the answer!" She then called a coworker and had a clear, thorough answer to my question in moments. I appreciate when a salesperson can admit to not knowing rather than bullsh*tting. From beginning to end the experience was very enjoyable. I felt as though she listened to what I needed and as though she cared. On top of this their turf is amazing. I laughed when Whitney put her sample next to the sample from dfw turf. I said, "well that's not fair!" She laughed pretty hard at that. It's true though, there's no comparison. I cancelled my other 2 appointments I had booked because I feel as though Big Bully Turf is going to deliver what I'm looking for. I absolutely recommend Whitney, and Big Bully Turf, and I really look forward to getting this done. I will update with pictures once complete. read more

From our very first meeting with Donnie, we knew we were dealing with professionals. He was knowledgeable, honest, patient, and never once made us feel pressured. He took the time to walk us through the process, answer every question, and help us feel confident that we were making the right decision for our backyard project. Brock, the project manager, was equally impressive. His communication, organization, and attention to detail were outstanding throughout the entire process. Every timeline was met, every promise was kept, and the entire project moved with precision and professionalism. And the installation team deserves tremendous credit. These guys worked incredibly hard, paid attention to every detail, and clearly took pride in their craftsmanship. Pay attention to the reviews, especially most of the 5 star reviews are from people who have just 1 review? After I posted my 1 star review on yelp, Immediately following were 3 new 5 star reviews from 3 different suspicious profiles who have never submitted a review before? It's been several months since their most previous review, so come to your own conclusion #1 Their contract was intentionally vague, allowing them to bully me and charge me more money for a required border that is needed for the proper installation of the product. #2 the salesperson did such a terrible job measuring. They didn't have enough material. So what was supposed to be a 1 day job turned into a 3 day job. #3 they changed the grading of my property, ignoring my instructions. #4 the salesman came out to my property during the installation to review his measurements and directions to the Installation crew, however, never checked in with me proving he could not face me because he knew he misled me. #5 I specifically asked for follow-up from his supervisors. Information, he refused to provide, and I still have not heard from anyone. Choose this company at your own risk... read more

He was able to bring our vision to life with his to scale rendition of our yard and the execution was immaculate. If you are looking to transform your yard into a year round usable space with artificial turf or have a golf nut for a husband like I do and need a putting green, you do not need to look anywhere else. They have the highest quality of turf I have seen and is worth every penny. Mike went above and beyond and made sure we were completely taken care of, he always answered the phone and communicated with us every step of the way. HIGHLY recommend! read more

I don't even know where to begin... so professional from the start! Meeting with Lisa Kent was so fun! She was well informed about their product and process and we had fun letting my boxer and Shih-tzu pick their turf out! Now they have their beautiful yard thanks to Roberto and his crew! They did a fantastic job installing the grass and it looks stunning! Randy, one of the project managers was also amazing! He came to deliver materials and make sure the grass was delivered. They are awesome! Our backyard was super uneven and full of holes before, and now it's a place our dog just can't get enough of she doesn't want to come inside anymore. They were very accommodating both with setting everything up and then fast and efficient when installing the terf. Whitney, Alma, and Victoria were all very helpful. What a great company! Women owned, which is what first caught my eye. Got an appointment booked and they sent Jeff out the next day. My husband and I really loved the way our yard turned out and it's so much easier to maintain than the grass we had. The dogs love it, it's extremely pet friendly.
