When I told them it was unsatisfactory they assured me would it "level itself and fill in". That did not happen. So they promised to come back and fix the issue. 6 weeks later nothing has happened and the area looks just as bad as it did day 1. To make it worse, they kept falsely promising week over week that they were going to stop by, even the owner said he would come by to take a look after I called to complain, but each week they no showed prompting me to have to call to reschedule and then reschedule and then reschedule, and so on. Sub contractor bad mouthed the owner all day. They planted things in full sun designed to go in partial shade, didn't put enough mulch in to cover the ground, etc.... Now two months later I have $600 in dead trees, certified Arborists saying those trees don't do well in our climate/soil and a company who won't back their work. Spend your money elsewhere.

They were there before we moved in dropping posts, and then again the day we moved in and had the fence done by that evening. The fence looked amazing and is strong and sturdy. Then, two months ago in April 2014 a storm came through and messed up the gate and the hardware that was keeping the lock in place in the ground. It stripped out some of the wood and made it to where it wouldn't lock. I put some logs down to keep it from swinging and just assumed that I was going to have to go to Lowes and repair this thing. But, before I did, I gave John a call last week at Privacy Fence to see if there was a warranty or anything. John was awesome. He said that there wasn't a warranty at this point, but he knew exactly what happened and said that since he was coming out my way this week, he would come by and take a look. He showed up today with Steve and they reinforced the gate, screwed some new holes and dropped the bar back in the ground. Easy. No charge. It's the kind of service that you just don't get anymore these days. It blew my mind. These guys are really nice, they build quality fences at a great price, and they stand by what they do. Over 3 day period I had 3 no call backs as to bids and two that seemed to want to retire from doing my job(outrageous bids). I then started over my search and called Corey who answered the phone right away and very friendly. He said he could get out and bid the project within 48 hours. He did so and when he told me the price it was a no-brainer. Because he has VERY GOOD Prices, he is booked up for about 3 weeks which was not a problem for me. He got me the written price bid over right away and I signed right away. 3 weeks later as promised the job was completed. Again this was a complete tree removal job and everything was hauled away and left clean. If you google the address you can see in the backyard there were 3 huge trees and 5 small ones(before picture) Drive by today and no trees in backyard(after picture). Get a few other bids but call him last and you will see the deal you are getting. I have already had him remove another tree on a property just purchased.
