The previous owner had warned me about it, but didn't know how it could be fixed. Doug and Loren came out, took careful measurements and came up with a plan which preserved the trees, which were near the house. They put in a French drain with a removable grate on the concrete patio as well as 6 separate drains leading from the house. Doug and Loren also gave me advice about how a guttering system could lead into the drains.The crew worked rapidly and took only two days from start to finish. Now my house is actually dry around the base, something which I didn't think was possible. They did a great job and at a very reasonable price. Yeah to Doug & Loren! PS They also won one of the top landscaping awards in the area.

They…read morecompleted the landscaping and then started the patio project, had 3 pallets of pavers delivered to our house and then never showed up again to install the pavers. Because of the weight of the pallets the pavers had to be dropped on a solid surface (our driveway) or would topple over and break per the delivery driver. Because they had to be left on the driveway, it blocked my car in the garage. This was ok for a couple days as they were to return and finish what they started, but now it has been over a month and they have not returned and won't return our calls. We have left multiple messages for Juan letting him know our car is blocked in the garage and he remains unresponsive. Super duper frustrated with the lack of responsiveness and lack of consideration for the fact that my car is blocked in the garage. Needless to say, I would not recommend JB's Landscaping!!
