I talked to John himself and he told me he would go look at the tree and call me back for a estimate. After giving me the estimate he said he was booked full and he would be there in a few days to remove the tree. When he got back to the job site he did a full inspection of the tree and said I had more splits in the tree and that I should consider taking more of it down before I had another accident. After the job was done I went to see what kinda job they did and I was more than happy. You couldn't even tell that a tree had falling down what so ever. I got a text saying they could do the job the same week I got my quote. (funny, they cut down our next door neighbors tree a few months ago) Anyway he made an appointment for Saturday afternoon. I told him that would be great, we had no plans, but suggested he call, just to give us a heads up. Saturday came, we worked all day in the yard...with my phone. NO CALL! NO SHOW!
