Again this was a complete tree removal job and everything was hauled away and left clean. If you google the address you can see in the backyard there were 3 huge trees and 5 small ones(before picture) Drive by today and no trees in backyard(after picture). I hired them to perform a simple job, add a small patch of sod to my back yard on level ground that was already irrigated. What I was left with was a patchy, uneven framework of grass. When I told them it was unsatisfactory they assured me would it "level itself and fill in". That did not happen. So they promised to come back and fix the issue. 6 weeks later nothing has happened and the area looks just as bad as it did day 1. To make it worse, they kept falsely promising week over week that they were going to stop by, even the owner said he would come by to take a look after I called to complain, but each week they no showed prompting me to have to call to reschedule and then reschedule and then reschedule, and so on.
