Over 3 day period I had 3 no call backs as to bids and two that seemed to want to retire from doing my job(outrageous bids). I then started over my search and called Corey who answered the phone right away and very friendly. He said he could get out and bid the project within 48 hours. He did so and when he told me the price it was a no-brainer. Because he has VERY GOOD Prices, he is booked up for about 3 weeks which was not a problem for me. He got me the written price bid over right away and I signed right away. 3 weeks later as promised the job was completed. Again this was a complete tree removal job and everything was hauled away and left clean. If you google the address you can see in the backyard there were 3 huge trees and 5 small ones(before picture) Drive by today and no trees in backyard(after picture). They quoted me at $70 for the small lawn at my duplex, but this was to be expected since it was so overgrown. Jeff was extremely helpful when I had trouble getting my account set up, and was always easy to get in contact with. Having online access makes it easy to set up service and pay, making A Clean Cut stand out among other crews. When they came out to do my lawn, though, they only weed-eated and also cut down my herb garden on my patio. The grass was extremely tall, uneven, and was not what I expected for $70. I was not happy with this, since my old lawn crew had done the same level of maintenance for $40. I contacted Jeff and he worked to make things right. He got the crew back out there ASAP, and got it to where I wanted. While originally I was unhappy with the service, Jeff worked hard to make things right. They have the best customer service out of any crew I have had, and that is what makes them really shine.

Whatever you do, do not use this service. I cannot stress this enough, do not use them…read more The work is worse than terrible. I hired them to perform a simple job, add a small patch of sod to my back yard on level ground that was already irrigated. What I was left with was a patchy, uneven framework of grass. When I told them it was unsatisfactory they assured me would it "level itself and fill in". That did not happen. So they promised to come back and fix the issue. 6 weeks later nothing has happened and the area looks just as bad as it did day 1. To make it worse, they kept falsely promising week over week that they were going to stop by, even the owner said he would come by to take a look after I called to complain, but each week they no showed prompting me to have to call to reschedule and then reschedule and then reschedule, and so on. Now I don't even get responses. TLDR: Do not use this service. They give landscapers a bad name.
