We had a tree removed that had branches hanging over our home and several limbs cut off of huge old oak trees. They were very professional and cleaned up the mess and hauled everything off. I cannot recommend this tree service. A neighbor hired them to trim their trees. Not only did they trim their trees (including a great tree for which I am unaware they had a permit), but the neighbor sent them onto ***our*** property to trim our tree. Valdez Tree Service cam onto ***our*** property and commenced to ***cut*** NOT trim limbs that were over 4 inches in diameter! Any business that is ***so*** unprofessional it has no concern or regard for others should not be hired. It is incomprehensible these trees did not belong to the homeowner! At the ***very*** least they should have knocked on our door! Do ***not*** hire this company as they certainly are not professional in the way they carry out their business as evidenced by cutting whatever they are told to cut without verification it is on their clients property! I called Mr. Valdez immediately, he said he would get back to me that evening. It has been over 24 hours and he has yet to get back to me. As evidence by their actions, the company does not care about personal property, the company does not care about maintaining good relations between neighbors, and the company does not care about resolving issues or having a good reputation as it would have been in Mr. Valdez' best interest to respond to my concerns. read more

I had a tree break in half and it was leaning precariously over my home after the last storm. I called Valdez Tree Service and they were here in an hour and didn't just take down the tree that had fallen, but got all the downed branches off of my roof, picked the large ones off the lawn and driveway, and cut the downed tree in firewood and stacked it behind my shed. I hope I won't be in need of a tree service in the future, but if I am, it will definitely be Valdez. read more
