He sub contracted to people who had no experience in design, and I had to personally micro-manage/design for them (not my goal) -- they showed up with out the plants i'd requested and reluctantly went to buy some of what I wanted. Sub contractor bad mouthed the owner all day. They planted things in full sun designed to go in partial shade, didn't put enough mulch in to cover the ground, etc.... I've been trying to contact them for several weeks with no response and now, I'm having to hire someone else that I have to pay another $300. Truly dissatisfied and disappointed.
