I used them when I rented my truck through U-Haul and they were the worse experience I've ever had. They broke my 65inch television and the leg on my dresser. They packed us up in a 27 foot uhaul on monday and when it broke down in boulder city they came to the uhaul facility and unpacked and repacked the new truck. We paid them ourselves because we did not trust having someone new unload and reload. I had vinyls on the top in the front that were in the same spot after being towed from boulder back to Henderson. On top of that the lady in charge her name is Tandy, is very kind and efficient to reply back any questions you have. She also confirmed with my reservation the night before, even they are running late, she also called me to apologize. From what I know, they are a family own company, so I feel good to support small business, and they have high standards to keep their customer service going and got good yelp reviews, that's how I found them. Richard and his crew are friendly and professional. They are really strong and able to make the move look easy. Arrived on time, gave me a quick briefing and got to work. These dudes even took the time to dust stuff off. That's the fifth star extra step that I often talk about. They communicated with us every step of the way. Asked appropriate questions and treated our stuff with respect. They were super cost effective. Especially for a local move. Here's how it works: -you rent your own truck ( 26 footer from Uhaul was maybe $60 bucks) I always get the insurance - you pay a 2 hour minimum which was 195 for a 3 man crew and 85 dollars every hour after pro rated at 15 minutes Heavy items just need to be discussed before hand. Which makes perfect since. Besides big muscles, these dudes have big personalities. They took an already stressful situation ( moving) and actually made the time pleasant. I really didn't expect such a great experience. Even the payment process was super easy for me. Here's the part that solidified the fact that I was dealing with great people. I gave them a tip at the end of the day and I watched them discuss the even split. This just doesn't happen anymore these days. This is exactly why I use yelp to find companies. SCAMMERS!! Not quite sure where to start reviewing this company, but definitely be aware of what you're getting yourself into. Had moving date and time confirmed, rented a truck (as they just supply labor, not truck,) only to be told day of, after once again confirming they'd be on their way shortly, that they had double booked and the other client was more important. Bigger house, and more money, I am assuming. Lady went from apologetic, offering to book me for another day, and cover the truck expense, to literally threatening me, and refusing to reimburse for the moving truck, leaving me stranded with extra expenses. Although "accident happen," in this case, based off of the convos I'm quite convinced she double booked me on purpose to please my urgent need, being aggressive and threatening is inexcusable. So is hanging up on the customer multiple times, and/or ignoring phone calls while writing novels of text messages. Shady, unreliable business that should not be in operation! Save yourself the hassle and headache and hire a moving company that actually takes pride in their work, and treats their customers with respect. read more

Everyone is amazing, I pay $260 for three guys and for 3 hours, ( and tip them and gave them Redbull) for the boys and 60 for Uhal, they didn't brake anything and of course you have to the the packing so be smart on how you pack and labeling your boxes what's glass and what's not. Richard and his crew of two were amazing and made moving across town super easy and stress free. They were punctual (showed up 10 minutes early), fast, trust worthy and professional. Definitely master's of their craft. All we had to do on our end was rent the Uhaul truck (they do not use their own, they follow you as you drive the truck and meet you at the destination) and pack our boxes. A few weeks back we moved from Charleston Heights to Silverado Ranch (about a 20 mile distance). We had done quite a bit to pack up everything in advance. We didn't want to do the move ourselves as it's always been difficult in the past. This time we decided to hire a company to help us out. I spoke with the owner prior to them coming out and coordinated everything. They're raising their rates in 2016 but kept the price at the 2015 cost which was pretty nice. She recommended 4 movers vs 3, the difference being $85 per hour instead of $70. I feel this was worth it for the extra hands on my stuff to speed up the process. She did acknowledge a 5% fee for using a credit card and a $25 fee for fuel for team. Cost started when they arrived and as they finish. The team arrived on time and after a quick walk-through, started packing up the truck. They could've just thrown everything in quickly but I respect that they did their best to manage the load so it would fit completely and not shift during the drive. After the unload at the new house, all said and done it was about 6 hours. We were quoted 3-4 but after truly seeing what we had to move, they never could have known how much stuff was in our house. I would highly recommend them in the future and we'll use them again if we need anything moved. Do note they don't use their own truck; you'l have to rent your own. read more

Broken items, bed fell apart the first time I sat on it and I don't have anyone to help me fix it either unless I want to pay my handyman. at least they didn't destroy my paintings. I can't believe how sloppy they threw things on the couch and near and in the closet. My lateral file is completely jammed so I'll have to take it apart somehow to get to my important documents. I wish I had seen and checked all this before I tipped them after I bought them lunch too. My job took longer than anticipated and they wanted to get on to another move...I get it, but hey, I was still paying their hourly rate which didn't even include the truck. One of the guys had to keep his eye on his younger brother who kept messing things up and left their straps in odd places including the driveway of my storage company. BBM did an excellent job with our move. They were careful in loading and unloading our belongings and (for the most part) wasted no time. We hired three movers anticipating a 2-3 hour move. Things ran a little long and the pace started to slow at the end which ended up costing us a little more than I was anticipating, so we ended up telling them "just dump everything downstairs and we'll sort it out" rather than having them move everything to the desired rooms. This family company is absolutely awesome and a really good price. I have to move a 2 bedroom on very short notice. I gave them a call and spoke to Richard. They came out 2 hours later upon my request and moved all of my boxes and heavy items within my time limit and did not charge me anything more than intended. I would also like to note, they are very careful with all the valuable items and your house. All in all, the movers in the past charged me 200 - 300 dollars for 2 hours, plus tip. That is the normal rate for movers. I paid 160 for Big Boys to come out and that was including the tip. I am never going to another moving company again. When I called back a couple of weeks later she had me saved in her phone and called me by name. I called on a Wednesday and scheduled my move for that coming Sunday. They were scheduled to arrive between 2 and 4pm. They arrived at 1:58pm. I was on a budget and could only afford 3 hours. They watched the time and got everything done with 15 minutes to spare.
