An absolutely amazing addition and likely the best gym in the area by a solid margin, especially…read morefor the price. Went the other day to check it out using their free pass and got a tour and good workout in. It was absolutely jam packed, including the parking lot. This is not due to it being small, if anything both the lot and space are expansive, but rather it was likely due to a combination of time of day, it being the beginning of the year, and excitement over a new gym. Despite this, there is plentiful high quality and well maintained equipment so that despite the crowd, I was able to get a great workout in. There is both variety and quantity of equipment, so you seldom have to wait for anything (for example there were 12 squat racks, 4 sets of each weight for dumbbells, and more). Facilities are incredible, and very well organized. Walking in teh first floor includes a turf area in front, weights divided by groups, leg focused equipment at the end, chest focused stuff next to it, and plentiful cable machines in another section (it used to be a theater so while it is open, some dividers have been kept so each prior theater is a section, expansive and well organized/divided up but maintaining an open plan/feel). There is even an outdoor turf area. Upstairs there are some more machines and cardio equipment. Towards the back there is a pool, hot tup, ad I think even a cold plunge. While I did not try it, like the rest of the gym it all looked high quality and well maintained. On the left there are studio areas including a cycle studio, an open one, and a strike studio (which had plenty of punching bags), all of which seemed to also offer plenty of courses. There is also a recovery area which was awesome, including everything from massage chairs and red-light therapy to normatec leg sleeves. Just all around incredible. Even the locker rooms were awesome, clean, bright, well organized, even the showers were awesome with proper heavily frosted glass doors instead of the typical flimsy curtains. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, amenities and equipment were all high quality and details seemed to be paid attention to. If I had one slight criticism, the equipment was all quite close to each other. While this did not cause any issues while using the equipment as it was spaced just enough, it did cause slight navigational issues when walking around (this may have exasperated by the crowd), though I honestly prefer it to a lack of equipment. Their pricing was incredibly fair, especially for this quality of gym. Now what I am curious about is that many of the positives may be due to it currently being new, I want to see if they are able to maintain this level over the next few months and hopefully even years.

It was super pack which I understand and they couldn't give us a tour so we decided to take the free pass and try it for a bit. They gave other people tours but said no to us for some reason. The pool and outside part of the gym was closed and not ready so keep in mind if you pay for membership you don't have access to everything yet. I currently go to O2 I was ready to go to a new gym but this gym really is too crowded and kind of outdated for what it is. Machines were super close together. They try to just add stuff with out logic of spacing when people actual use them. The membership seems expensive with a lot of extra fees to use other parts. I think it more of a check a box fake appeal but when you really look at it... The gym does everything but just not well. Also, people did not clean up after themselves. That not the fault of the gym but the culture here seems to be a lot of people who do not know proper gym equiuette like wiping up or putting your weights away.

We've seen tremendous growth in their confidence, skills, and love for swimming. All the coaches have been fantastic over the years. I may not remember every name, but each one has played a role in my kids' progress. A special thank you to Coach Zachary -- he was absolutely wonderful and made a big impact. Currently, Coach Cole is doing a great job as well! The front desk team and receptionists have always been friendly, helpful, and professional. The overall environment is positive, encouraging, and very well organized. We're truly grateful for the dedication of the entire Aqua-Tots team. Highly recommend to any parents looking for quality swim lessons for their kids!

I filed a complaint with the USA Swimming Safe Sport and with the U.S. Center for SafeSport. However, neither of these organizations can take action against the rough coaches and the school because it is a private institution and falls outside the jurisdiction of any organization that could halt their dangerous practices. They will continue to lie on their website by stating "Safety first" while simultaneously forcing your screaming child underwater. They scared my 4-year-old. She screamed and was actively resisting, but the coach just took her and threw her into the water. I could see she was suffocating for a moment because he just forced her under water while she screamed. So lovely for a first lesson ever. How do I convince her now that swimming is fun? Coach Lucas doesn't know what he is doing at all. Disappoinment. I regret I brought my kid there.

The Triangle Aquatic Center is one of the most impressive swim facilities I have visited. The…read morecompetition pool, warm‑up pool, and overall deck layout make it a fantastic venue for meets and training. My swimmer had a great experience in the water during the Speedo Sr. Sectionals. What TAC does exceptionally well: * Top‑tier aquatic setup with multiple pools, plenty of lanes, and a fast competition environment. * Convenient location right off Convention Drive with a large parking area and overflow options during big meets. * On‑site café and swim shop, which is a lifesaver during long meet days. A few things to know before you go: * Spectator seating can get crowded during major meets, and sightlines aren't perfect for every lane--pretty common for big aquatic centers, but worth planning for. The front row is not the best seat in the house. There is a railing that prevents filming.

It is nice to have a facility dedicated to swimming vs having to share with water polo. The air quality in one indoor pool near the outdoor pool appears to be questionable, but it appears they could have the doors open for more ventilation as an option. Very well kept and always staffed if you have any questions needing to be answered. They even have a swim gear vending machine, which has come in handy several times! The only thing that I could think of to change is the metal wire barrier in the bleacher section--glass would make more sense so you can view the pool and make for easier viewing/taping during meets.

There are numerous classes that are serious workouts. Yoga, hot yoga, stretch, etc. I'm not a swimmer, but if I was I think the swim facilities are second to none, both indoors and outdoors. The outdoor pool is awesome, and will serve adult beverages, which is a nice option. There's steam, sauna, whirlpool, and a clean and well stocked locker room. I joined as soon as I could and was there on day one. Love this place! Finally, shout out to Courtney, who is always there with a smile and exuberant hello.

I love the group fitness classes and I love that you reserve your spot in advance. They also just started a new Core Tone Reform class with reformers for regular members, and that class kicks your butt! I also really enjoy the sauna, steam room, and jacuzzis. Another benefit is the kids membership. My stepdaughter loves coming to the kids club for gymnastics, rock climbing, yoga, and more. I know that she is having fun while I'm doing a class. They have Parents Night Out on the weekends and that's such a nice perk! There's also day camps, which has saved us a few times when we needed child care during a school break. The pool is also wonderful in the summertime. The cafe food is average. I'd love it if the quality was amped up just a bit. The only thing I really ever get is the vegan PB& B shake. It's delicious! It has peanut butter, banana, cafe mocha greens, almond milk, and vegan protein powder. I haven't been to the salon yet, but it's great that this is an option. Overall, I love this gym and I would go every day if I could.
