This place was close and within walking distance from our cabin. The ordering process was easy and straight forward online. We were able to order, come in and get our food with ease. The environment is definitely very bar like and cozy. Loud but inviting. There's inside and outdoor seating available and staff is very friendly. Food is definitely bar food but it works for an easy meal. The bbq sandwich was packed with meat and shareable. The burger was good and the kids meals of chicken tenders and grilled cheese were ok. The cheese wasn't as melted as they like on the grilled cheese but it is what it is. Fries were good but salty. Definitely heavy on the seasoning. They gave us a lot of sauce so it was definitely nice to have with the fries. Definitely will be back for the drinks next time.

Kind of like a margarita flight, but not exactly margaritas... Pretty tasty though!

We stopped in when they first opened for lunch and we're excited to check out someplace new. Small place, very cozy and rustic inside. Pretty limited food selection, unless you are ordering a burger, but the drinks are good and they have some very tasty beer selections! Our favorite part was the entertainment by Tom and Tom, great musicians, and a great couple of guys! We very much enjoyed our visit and we'll be back!

BIG BEAR MOUNTAIN BREWERY @ BIG BEAR Parking is available for only customers or will be towed! There is a couple spots available on the right side of the place. My friends and I came to Big Bear for the weekend and stumbled upon this spot. Live music, a selection of beers, and american food, we were excited to be here. This is a family owned business! There was live music and you were able to request a song from their list. The vibes were great, they also have an 18% gratuity required for everyone. The food was fantastic, it was a turkey sandwhich and it came out so buttery and crispy, with the BEST fries and two side sauces. My boyfriend is a huge blood orange fan so when he saw that it was a beer flavor he had to get it! We also got puzzles at the end of our meal and it was super fun to guess and play as if we were kids. I'd highly recommend stopping by here, I will be back! The service is incredible!

We ditched the snow tubing dream after seeing how long the line was. Instead, we wandered into this cozy little spot -- think of it as your friend's rustic wooden cabin, only with a menu and a bar tab. A small fire was going on in the fireplace, and a live musician gamely took requests while the crowd gleefully sang along. The vibe was laid-back with an eclectic selection of songs that brought a sense of childhood nostalgia. QR codes are on each table, so ordering was easy. THE FOOD. - Wicked BBQ Sandwich. The pulled pork was juicy, tender, and had the right balance of sweet and tangy BBQ sauce. Swiss cheese melted over the meat pile, while the brioche bun, airy with crisped edges, held it all together. Seasoned fries accompanied this meal for a flavorful kick. - Cubano Sandwich. The crunch of pressed bread gives way to layers of rich roasted pork, cured ham, melted swiss cheese, mustard, and pickles. It's bold yet balanced. THE DRINK. - West Coast IPA. Unapologetically hoppy with a dry finish. THE PARKING. We pulled into the back lot, where parking was both free and stress-free. THE VERDICT. Great food, solid beer, and enjoyable live music. If we're ever in town again, we'll be sure to drop by.

Loveeeee everything about BB Mountain Brewery! The service, the food, the live music, the kid friendly atmosphere!!! We had so much fun I forgot to take pictures of our food (shocker) but we had the Cesar salad, burger, chicken strips, chicken wings and pulled pork sandwich- all delicious and no crumbs left. We were given puzzles to challenge our brains while we enjoyed the fireplace and live music, everyone had a great time and we will definitely be back again!

Still one of my favorite bars. They often have live music during the weekend afternoons; today it was a guitarist - the Stagehands. Cute, cozy atmosphere with fireplace. They have burgers, fries, drinks, even fun drinks for the kids like milk and cookie flight and lemonade flight. Today, had great service from Hunter. Til next time!

Great Beers, food and pub vibe with live music! We enjoyed the burger and chicken wings, super crispy fries and exclusive homemade sauces. It is a family owned and operated, they are very welcoming and hospitable. De vintage decoration and live music made a superb atmosphere. Will definitely be back for more!

Amazing spot in Big Bear. I've been coming to Big Bear Mountain Brewery for years and it never disappoints. The food is always quick, the drinks hit every time, and the whole place has this cozy home vibe that makes you want to stay longer than you planned. We came in for just a quick drink and bite, but the live performances had us vibing for way too long in the best way. All our jams, all night. Huge shoutout to Hunter, the bartender. He was seriously the best. Super friendly, rad energy, and made the experience even better. Wish I lived closer because I'd be here all the time.

All the beer we had was good, but the service was just ok. Staff did not greet us and wasn't the kindest. Also, the beer is very expensive, I paid $60 for 2 four packs yikes! They did have live music and the decor was a fun.

Stopped in on our way out of town to this Big Bear Mountain Brewery. My guy wanted to try this place, which is small, hole in the wall, divey place that sells other brewery's beers. Smelled musty. Didn't try the food. My guy ordered the wheat beer. Me, just an ice tea. Wasn't feeling it. The atmosphere was blah! Service was ok, Stopped and now heading out!!

Ask the Community - Big Bear Mountain Brewery

Do you have a heated outside patio for family and dogs?

There is an outside patio but it's only good for warm days.

Closed on Halloween :( but hours say they're open on Mondays?

Does this place have a happy hour?

I don't know. I have only been there once around 5 pm and no one was there and the music was so loud we could not sit inside. We sat outside with all the cat noises! Good luck!

    Do they take Reservations?

No reservations. First come first serve. Feel free to call if you have a large group a head of time to see if we have enough capacity.

    Is this place dog friendly?

Yes we are dog friendly on the outside patio

Do you still have live music and what days/ times? Coming for my first visit in a couple weeks can't wait!

Yes. Patio dinning only currently. Musicians perform outside Friday - Sunday more often when we are allowed to be fully open. I recommend the blood hot summer and the Cubano sandwich.

Do they have beer to go? If so, cans? Growlers?

    Yes growlers and bottles

What's nights do you have live music?

    Every night :)

This place saved my life…read more I expect bars in theme parks to be somewhere from 'a bit kitschy' to downright cesspools of insincerity, but this one's different. I can't say it's the awesome bartenders... the land it's built on or something more magical, but there is a literal 'vibe of humanity' here which I've experienced in VERY few places on this planet. Doesn't hurt that the food is awesome too :) It is infectious - it is good - and it restored my faith in humans more than once when I really needed it. There wasn't a single customer who didn't love her. It didn't take long for me to realize that a lot of people are regulars there and it's not just for the bike riding! lol Loved her honestly and insightful responses to my many questions. The pretzel was HUGE and the kids pizza fed two kids with leftovers! No complaints here.. well maybe just one but I was given a quick fix when I expressed my disappointment when they didn't serve blended drinks. Not to worry the coffee shop does and it's only a few steps away! This place was cute with tables or bar seating available. The bicycle theme was cute but personally I liked the barrel seating the best. There was a tv for sports on the back wall. As long as there's no one else watching, putting in a request for certain sports to be played seemed to be no issue. There's several small tables inside and extra long picnic benches outside. Seating was your choice and there was a window to watch tv but still remain outside. Cute little bar, that I'll definitely be making my way back to for a visit!
