All the staff are very professional. 1 was basement sewer flooding, which had the HEPA cleanup and a wall repair. Another was a large wall repair. Looked like new when they finished. The problem come when the diagnosis was it's over heating and you need a new unit. Thry didn't even try to do anything to help us in the mean time. We ultimately called another company for another charge the next day.. he told us they same thing .. over heating . He took a hose and cleaned the coils. Miraculously it started working again. The unit is old and does need to be replaced, but I will absolutely not go with Community II because they didn't even try to fix it in the meantime.
