You give me that and I'll never go anywhere else. And that's exactly how I'd describe Best Service Auto Body. Both Alex and Yuro are awesome at what they do. I've been there twice with a 2017 BMW X3 xDrive28i and have needed a new driver side fender, sunroof drains cleaned out, brake pads and indicator sensors replaced, oil change, etc. The fender was the biggest job so far - I think some random person was walking around one night and just decided to kick mine in for some reason. It wasn't hit by a car because the paint was intact; regardless, I needed to get a new fender as it was bent so bad. Given this car is 9 years old with white paint I thought the new fender would stand out in noticeable contrast to the weathered paint on the rest of the car, e.g., the hood, door, roof, etc. I was totally wrong (see before and after pics) - I don't know how Yuro did it but he matched my paint color and then blended it so well I can't even tell a new fender was put on! You definitely can't get that level of service just anywhere, especially without paying extra. You can tell they take great pride in their work. As if that wasn't enough, they cleaned my car for free before they gave it back to me. Apparently there was some chemical substance that got on the window and paint the day before I dropped it off. No matter, all gone. All of this has been at half or less than what a dealer would charge. These guys are the best, and the name says it. Go there and you won't be disappointed.

The first time was due to my parked car being vandalized. The last two occasions were a result of my catalytic converter being stolen. After the 1st cat theft, however, I brought my car to a different nearby insurance company repair shop, which ended up not a good experience. During the over 7 months it took to get the cat, I had to repeatedly follow up observing that shop wasn't actively checking on the part's availability with their supplier. So on the 2nd cat theft, I instead brought it to Gotham. As with my first Gotham experience, they were on top of things, quickly repairing the vehicle. Less than three months later when victim of a 3rd cat theft, Gotham rapidly inspected the car and did their best to keep the repair bill down. Nevertheless, the estimate ended up triggering the insurance company totaling my car. Sensitive to my frustrating situation, the team at Gotham was professional, courteous, attentive and accommodating - like every experience with them. Gotham thankfully made a difficult situation easier to get through. Should my next car require similar big repair work, I'd consider using them again.

My car was deeply keyed along 90-95% of the whole passenger side; the front passenger door was kicked, and the bottom of the rear passenger door & adjacent skirt was damaged, as well. I cried when I saw the damage; I love my car and its unique body style! And I was very worried about having it repaired to my quality standards. Fortunately, I followed AMMO NYC on YouTube and discovered that he was greatly impressed by and spoke highly of J&B BODYWORKS' expertise, well-equipped facility, significant attention to detail and overall care. I met with Joe Izzo (an owner) and his son Mike and they immediately assured me that my car would be treated as well as the Ferraris, Bentleys, Lamborghinis and other high-end cars that this shop is uniquely certified to repair by the manufacturers. Joe also went above and beyond in working closely with my insurance company adjuster to ensure that the needed repairs were covered within the insurance company's limitations and avoided the car being 'totaled' due to its age and the extent of the damage. Lastly, the J&B BODYWORKS Team went above and beyond by making some minor repairs that most people would not notice, except anal people like me. I was actually able to drop it off a few minutes before my 8am appointment and was surprised to hear it would ready in 2 hrs. I decided to hang around the neighborhood and found there are quite a few nice eating spots a short walk away. I normally try to give business to the Auto shops that advertise in my local church newsletter but to my disappoiment they always seem to be the most expensive and require me to drop off early an pick up late. I was actually trying to make an appointment with one of the advertisers, for this work, but they couldnt even bother replying to me. Their loss was a win-win for me. I came across a great shop and the price was very reasonable.
