The communication at this place is absolutely horrible. If I could give it zero stars that exactly what I'd give it. They are extremely lackadaisical and do not care about the customers. In addition to that the work they perform is terrible. I wouldn't even get work done in my hoopty at this place. If you want good quality work done on your vehicle take it somewhere else. Lastly, let me not forget about the customer representative, Eric. He'll tell you anything and he's rude. He comes off as pleasant in the beginning but he's not. Accidents suck, lets face it. When you are told by your insurance company to "pick any shop" you want, it can be a little overwhelming with a shop being on every block. Unless you have prior experience with a shop or can be recommended by a friend, you can get lost. Luckily, today there are online reviews, which make the task a bit easier and can give you a little comfort in who you are leaving your car with. After seeing a handful of reviews on Boston Road Collision, seeing their website (which was impressive) and speaking to Mark, who was willing to answer all my questions and answered the phone three times I called within an hour period, while about 3 other shops I called throughout the day did not answer period, I knew this was a good bet. I am glad I chose them. I dropped my car off on Saturday morning. They were busy, which is a good sign. A briefly glanced inside the shop and noticed that it wasn't huge but had a dedicated paint booth, which is great. All the employees are more than wiling to help you or point you to the right person. They filled out some paperwork for me and within 10 minutes or so, i left my car and was out the door. I was even asked if I needed rental as I imagine they coordinate that. I had already been set up with by the insurance company though. The inspector from the insurance company was coming that following Monday, but they were nice enough to have me drop off the car on Saturday and keep it there. Many places really push clients not to store their cars because space=money, but they were nice about it. The estimate pick up for my car was 5/9, but I got call on 5/4 stating that it was ready. Due to work schedule I had to show up on t pick up the car on 5/6, and again they were more than happy to hold/store my car until that time. I arrived the morning of the 5/6 to pick up my car and from the front driveway to the office, I was asked by about 3 different, "are you being helped", which is great. I signed a few papers and was out the door with my repaired car in no time. The work was excellent. They had to replace a rear door and rear quarter panel. Everything was seamless. They perfectly matched the unique color of my car (aqua/metallic blue) and I could not find any signs of work being done at all, even along in the door jambs and underside of the car. Last thing...I know shops store cars on the street to save space over night...I am not 100% sure, but two nights when I drove by (along the way), I could not find my car parked on the street. So...whether it was stored in the shop or in a lot, I am glad it wasn't on the street. I dealt mostly with Mark, but briefly with Frank. Two different women and a few employees inside the shop and everyone was really great. I will update this review if necessary, but these guys are great and highly recommended in the area, where there are tons of shops. Keep up the good work guys!!! I hope this review helps. read more

These guys are amazing. They made my car look brand new. My car was plastered with bondo and rust had formed on the quarter panel from a previous hack-job auto body "man". They cured the rust problem, and removed ALL of the bondo. They pulled all the metal to its original shape and welded new pieces to fix the rust problem. The only way to fix auto body, is by actually working with the metal. These guys know that other solutions don't last, so they make the best effort to get the solution fixed permanently, hence their lifetime warranty. Their paint jobs are of OEM quality . Brought my 2010 honda in for minor body repair work and Frank and his staff were extremely accommodating. I mentioned I needed tires and brakes and They were able to help me with that, too. They saved me a separate trip to a tire shop. They work with directly with insurance company. Excellent customer service and quality work. Highly recommend them. read more
