I've come here a few times for the lunch special--a slice of pizza, a beverage, and a side…read moresalad--and it's always been good. So when I was craving pizza at home, I figured I'd order a whole pizza for delivery. Big mistake. When it arrived, the pizza was literally cold to the touch. Not lukewarm. Not "it cooled down during delivery" cold. It felt like it had been refrigerated. I was genuinely confused. I paid for a hot, gourmet pizza and somehow ended up having to turn on my own oven and heat it myself. Even the cheesy garlic bread was cold. And somehow, it got worse. While eating, I found a long strand of hair in the food. At that point, I was completely done. I reported everything through Uber Eats, but apparently I didn't qualify for a full or even partial refund. For what I paid, I could've ordered Domino's, gotten a hot pizza delivered to my door, and spent less money. The whole reason I ordered from here was because I wanted something a little more gourmet. I've enjoyed their lunch special before, but this delivery experience was seriously disappointing. Cold pizza, cold garlic bread, a hair in the food, and no refund? SMH.

The toppings were fantastic, and the dough was absolutely perfect, great texture and flavor. But honestly, the pasta was even better! The sauce was so creamy and perfectly coated every bite. The wait was a little longer than expected, but as they say, quality takes time, in and the food was definitely worth the wait! Overall, I'd absolutely recommend Gezziny Pizza if you're in the Palmdale area. Great food, generous portions, and wonderful service. I'll definitely be coming back!

Unfortunately, the food itself was also very disappointing. The marinara sauce on the pizza, as well as the sauce served on the side, was extremely watery and lacked flavor. The cheese pizza was also incredibly thin and soggy on the bottom. Overall, the experience was not worth the money. I would not return, and I would recommend others spend their money elsewhere.

We used…read moreto order from them, but a change in management led to a couple of less-than-stellar experiences, so we took a break. When my wife suggested them for our Thursday lunch, I was a little hesitant but willing to see if things had improved after about a year. Initially, it felt like the old issues might still be there. I called at 11:15 am to place a pickup order for 12:30 pm, and the phone rang several times with no answer - a familiar frustration from before. Luckily, just as I was about to hang up, the owner answered and took my order for a large build-your-own pizza with extra cheese , pineapple , and grilled chicken ($19.09 + tax). When I arrived at 12:20 pm, my pizza wasn't quite ready, but the owner was polite and assured me it would be out at 12:30 pm. True to his word, it was ready right on time! The moment of truth came when we both took a bite, looked at each other with a smile as we savored the soft texture of the pizza. Definitely give this place a try - we're coming back! Pro Tip: For an extra touch of deliciousness, drizzle some extra virgin olive oil on top of your hot pizza. #SamsPizzaPalmdale #PalmdaleEats #PizzaLove #Foodie #ComebackStory #ItalianTip
