Looked online and saw that they have Cosmic night every Friday and Saturdays from 7-10pm. Purchased tickets and decided to include to $5 meal tickets, which includes a mini personal pizza and drink. Perfect for kids who want a meal or something to snack on while they are playing. Arrived at 8pm and automatically felt the vibes. Lights are low and music playing. They have everything from wall climbing, the orbit, challenge court, bull riding, etc. They have a "lil zone" where toddlers can go inside and play with at their own pace. They have Lazer maze and other games besides trampoline jumping. They have a cafeteria that offers hot dogs, pizza nachos, snacks, and drinks. The kitchen stays open till 9 pm, but the front for drinks and snacks stays open till 10 pm. They also have a bar at the top of the park in they "Mezzanine" for adults. They stay open till 9 pm. They offer beers, seltzers, red and white wine, and beers. Unfortunately, when I went, they had run out of white wine. Good ambiance for parents to have a drink and the kids getting to let loose. Awesome atmosphere. All the kids were having a blast, and we had no issues at all.

The Big Air Trampoline was so much fun!! I came with a friend and we brought our 5 year old daughters to pay here for the first time. Compared to many other indoor playgrounds this one is cleaner and with much better spaces out. I paid $18 for one hour which is plenty since the activity level is very high I don't believe we will ever last more than an hour at least not without a quick snack and water break. A fun fact is that you can have beer while your kid has fun if your into that kinda of thing, this has been added to our rotation for places to go during winter or bad weather and still get some sweat in for my kiddo. You should give it a go! Oh mine grip socks as a must here AND unlike other places you can bring your own no need to buy theirs ;)

Me and my kids visited this big air location recently and we loved it. I especially love the fact that there were no foam cubes to fall into that emit all kinds of dust and germs into the air! I also really liked the parent section in the middle where I could look down and see my kids no matter where they were. I thought this place was just right. We had a blast. Great fun for kids. They have several interactive obstacles that keep the kids active while having fun. The food is ok but enough to satisfy the hyper kids bellies. Make sure to preregister!

Let me start off with saying I usually visit the university location but because it was my 8 yr old twins bday I decided to try a new location Sardis Rd. The Customer service at this location was AAA+++ from the time we entered! I would especially like to give the BIGGEST THANK YOU TO A WONDERFUL YOUNG LADY NAMED ANGEL SMITH!! She went OVER AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE MY TWINS HAD A MEMORABLE 8th birthday!! We are truly GRATEFUL!! And also another great employee who treated my twins so wonderful.. I forgot to get her name but the picture attached shows her true engagement!! We definitely we now make this our NEW LOCATION IT REALLY WAS A POSITIVE AND FUN ENVIRONMENT!!

They have a rule about children 11 and up not playing actively unless helping a smaller sibling, which is in place because a lot of times older and bigger kids can be too rough and kind of bulldozer over the little ones. I am so appreciative of that rule!!!! A lot of places don't acknowledge that those things can happen and the little guys often get hurt or trampled on while trying to play. They let parents play, the cafe inside is delicious, lots of options to choose from! I chose an iced blueberry pie latte!!! So good and yummy tasting! My son and his cousin and friends all had a great time playing. The cafe even has loads of snacks of every kind that they don't jack up in prices, which I appreciate. Again, this place was so clean. Even the bathrooms were tidy and clean. We will be back, we all had the best time. We live in concord, so it was a bit of a drive, but so worth it, as the prices are super affordable and you get two hours of fun for such a cheap price. In today's terrible economy, there aren't a lot of cheap things to do with your kids, so I'm here for this!!! I will tell others about this gem and we will most definitely be back. Thank you!

There is plenty of parking available. Check-in: We signed the waiver before arriving and brought our own Non-slip socks so Check-in is pretty easy. There are several adult and kids tables upfront. As well as a raised sitting wall with plenty of outlets. There is also seating and shoe cubbies around the play area. The staff were friendly at check-in (this was basically our only interaction with them). Play Area: This is a great option for kids of all ages. Our two-year olds had a blast in the toddler area. They had riding toys, a great ball pit, trampolines, and an awesome obstacle course. The big kids area also had a ball bit, really tall slides, and cool obstacles throughout the play place. Party Rooms: They have four party rooms, each with a unique theme. The rooms have long, kid-sized tables and countertops/cabinets for food/desserts. Adults need to stand around the kids table. The party included pizza and a caprisun for each kid. Easy peasy. Food court: They offer several food options and snacks upfront. We didn't need to use the food court during our visit, but the prices didn't look too bad and it's a convenient option. Again, we really enjoyed our visit. We would definitely go back.

My 4 year old got bored pretty quickly. There also just wasn't a lot to do. There is a dress up area, but it only had a few items, same with the kitchen and pirate ship. I have to agree with another reviewer that the staff wasn't friendly. They were more concerned with everything getting cleaned up. iI's a children's museum - there's supposed to be a level of mess, but when a kid puts a doll at the table and then goes to the kitchen area and you put the doll back, maybe think "was that kid getting food to play feed the doll?"and not assume they were leaving it. Also, parents - there's an overpriced gift/toy section in the front that you can't avoid. Bright side - there's some fun lunch and treat spots close by.

I'm not sure that they even like children. When my older children were little, I used to bring them and that staff would interact with the kids and parents. Most of this staff just sits on side, ignoring children and adults. There is one lady, Miss Wendy that all of my kids love, but she's not there very much. They had an event this weekend and I am glad that we went in the afternoon. My friend got turned away in the morning only an hour after they opened. She said that staff very rudely told her that she should have gotten there earlier. Her children were heartbroken. They did have some people, mainly teenagers with volunteer name tags who were very nice. My little adored the older gentleman who played with him. They had the upstairs set up really cute with a Winnie-the-Pooh exhibit. But unfortunately, they said that it would only be there for that day. They had friendly teens in that space playing with the kids. Admission is not worth it, but their membership is a good value because it includes other museums.

Easy hassle free process, everything seemed clean and in order, staff were super nice and seemed like they actually enjoyed their jobs and interacting with the kids! Oftentimes, when going to these trampoline parks the staff are young kids with attitudes that seem more interested in huddling up to gossip rather than be bothered. I'm so happy that was not the case here! I'm not sure if it's just for the summer, but on Wednesday's they have all you can play in all areas for 3hrs, just for $25! What a great deal. Unfortunately, my little one was pooped after about 2hrs and was ready to go! It's still a good deal because he did everything they had to offer, zip lining, dodge ball, interactive games, basketball, trampolines, obstacle course, and more! We went early, around noon to beat the crowd, they open at 11/11:30, so by the time we were leaving, traffic picked up quite a bit. I can not say enough about the young adults working here, they were so attentive, they interacted with the children, they played games with the kids, I mean it was a pleasure to watch the young man play dodge ball with the kids, all while still gently enforcing the rulesand keeping everything safe and in order. The young lady that was at the front desk and checked us in was a sweetheart, kudos to the workers at this location, they're kids as well but respectable and responsible! We'll def be back, and next time, I might get in there and enjoy a round of dodge ball!
