They told me just to let the Waterloo cafe know what happened and they'd make it there for me. When I spoke to the Waterloo manager he said if he did that he wouldn't get paid and couldn't help me, but was aware of the WiFi issues. So now thanks to their WiFi I paid for a smoothie I can't pick up. I love tropical smoothie cafe just not this location. The owner clearly only cares about profits and not customer relations.
