She took the jacket back to Dick's and was told it was purchased past their 90 day window for returns. Additionally, their store manager and sales associate were curt and dismissive. She then contacted Carhartt who graciously agreed to replace the jacket including credit for shipping the defective jacket back to Carhartt. We will buy from Carhartt in the future because they stand behind their products. We will NEVER buy another item from Dick's. They refused to help when a product they sold, which was functionally new, proved to be defective.

Store was very stocked, plenty of merchandise all over unlike some of the other locations I have been to recently. I went in to find some shoes and someone that was with me had some questions about some of their products. I was able to find someone in the shoe department, and he did help me and got the shoes I needed in the size I needed. He was able to advise that there were no black Friday sales or deals on the shoes that I was looking at. The person that was with me asked some questions and the person answering, was some sort of manager, was not very friendly or helpful, and was kind of dismissive and arrogant, but the funny thing was they were wrong and didn't know what they were talking about. When I went to pay for my shoes I showed a coupon and they said it had just expired and could not be used. I was not happy as there were all kinds of deals and coupons for black Friday so not sure why she could not be helpful.
